Nova Roma Guesthouse

There is no AC, just a small portable unit that did NOT work well at all. Even just with the windows open, the cool air would not come inside at all. I was so hot it was very difficult to sleep. You have to pay in cash upon arrival, just remember that. Getting in was okay, you just need mobile data to access the online keys. Location was good, close to the Colosseum. You can leave your bags there early before check in time. Hosts were nice and very communicative.

Overall good stay. Shared bathroom isn’t ideal, but not bad. Complicated process to get the keys and into the apartment. Great location, central and next to a Metro station.

We had a nice stay at the gusthouse. It was simple but clean and very central, close to Roma Termini, Colloseum, metro and a lovely park. On our last day, there was a problem with the handle on the door to the room, But we talked to the management, and they fixed it.

had a wonderful time! right near a park which was lovely and an easy walk to lots of things. air con had an issue when we checked in but they were super responsive and it was fixed very quickly. very happy with our choice to stay here.

Great communication from the owner throughout our stay. Location in Rome is excellent - very close to Manzoni metro line where you can get metro or bus to main attractions. Nice restaurant (romantica) and coffee shop (Ciami) opposite for easy eats. Room and bathroom very clean and as described. Very happy to have chosen this for a 3 night stay in Rome. Tip: a great gelato place (Fassi) just two blocks over.

Because of a flight cancellation we wanted to change the booking short-dated. They were very kind, it was no problem at all and straightforward.
