Lovely Bosnian Home

1- Not for solo girl traveler. As the female room door is connect to the male room. 2- shoes not allowed inside even in the kitchen and toilet. The room is cold. You feel very cold on your feet. I try to recommend the boss to provide the slipper. He used his finger and point on to my face say “ all Chinese bring their own slipper. You live in China or EU ?” I really felt very uncomfortable for this attitude and behaviors too much strong and aggressive 3- only one washroom

there was a misunderstanding. my reservation was "Standard Single Private Shared Bathroom" but it was not private, it was dorm room. and i was paid extra for that. staff is good but there is different hostel rules. location is good but that hostel only for sleeping.

The hostel was very clean, and the owner was friendly to us. He gave us a few tips for sights and activities and was very helpful when we were searching for a hospital. However, we wished we had a little more privacy. The (male) owner knocked on the door before entering, but he didn't wait for an answer (this shouldn't be the case, especially in a female dorm). The Wi-Fi wasn't that great and the lockers were quite small. You can only use the kitchen stove between 9-11 am.

Very nice place can highly recommend. Clean, central place, the owner gives good advice for nice Restaurants. I also liked the style of the place There's only one thing. If you're looking for places in Mostar the price for this place will be without taxes. It was 7euros per night. Also every extra Service is very expansive. Never saw a Hostel asking 10 Euro for laundry. Leaving luggage after Check-out is 5 Euro per bag. Later Check-in might cost you 5 to 15 Euro.

We received a very warm welcome by our host and had excellent communication prior to arriving. We enjoyed a 3 night stay in the private room, and found it to be very comfortable, attractive and clean, importantly too, the hostel is well located within the town. I would highly recommend a stay here.

L'auberge est située pile au centre, et l'endroit est bien sécurisé. Arman est d'une gentillesse incroyable, il aime son travail, donne des bonnes adresses et n'hésite pas à répondre aux questions. L'auberge est vraiment propre, pas de chaussures à l'intérieur ce qui est un plus. Nous avons pris le dortoir à 6 : il est en plein passage, mais avec le respect des autres cela est suffisant pour dormir. Petit bémol, une seule salle de bain, attention à l'eau froide après les autres :P

Incredibly clean and welcoming stay with Arman. He was incredibly knowledgeable and happily answered any questions we had, and gave us some fantastic suggestions for food. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The host in this hostel was absolutely lovely and amazing. He was so helpful and made you feel so welcomed. 5-10 min walk to the bridge and old town. The hostel dorm was very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend here!

The name fits perfectly to this hostel. It’s One of the best hostels I’ve been to. Arman was such an excellent host and kept the hostel as clean as possible. He was so knowledgeable and made everyone feel comfortable. I did the tour of the falls with him and it was such a great experience. I will definitely be back to stay.

This is indeed a lovely Bosnian home. Great place to stay for a few more chill nights in Mostar. Great location that's close to the old town and bridge and the bus/train station. Arman is very lovely and welcoming. As others have said, not the most social place, but great for those who want a touch of chill. Recommend for sure.

We had such a good stay here. Arman and his wife do such a good job at keeping the place impeccably clean. Great location too! Highly recommend the Herzegovina tour with Arman we had the best day.

The host simply couldn't do enough for us, arranged tours and supplied us with numerous recommendations for around the city. Location 'just' outta the old town is fantastic as it opens you up to the cheaper 'local' bars and cafes away from the old town itself. The hostel was super clean, we had the 3 bed Private room and it was awesome the shower and bathroom were large and spotless! Honestly cannot complain about this at all 👌👌

I would give Lovely Bosnian Home 11 out of 10 if that was possible! This would be the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Arman is such a kind person and takes very good care of his customers. You will not find a nicer host. It is super clean and secure. Very close to the bus station, the Old Town, and many nearby restaurants and grocery stores. Wi-Fi is super strong. Very hot water! Arman respects this place very much and the guests should all treat it with the highest respect as well.

Super clean and nice hostel in a good location. The owner was super friendly and ready to give advice and a history lesson. I booked the mixed 8 dorm and when I arrived I was the only female so he put me into a private 2 bed dorm which I thought was very thoughtful. Only complaint was the bed wasn’t super comfortable but otherwise I would definitely stay again!

Fantastic owner who provides his guest with an amazing experience. He’s super knowledgeable and can recommend all the best things in Mostar. Very clean hostel located in a great location. Definitely will be staying here again.

This is the nicest hostel I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms and beds are comfortable. The owner is an incredibly nice guy.

This hostal is located directly in the beginning of the central area where cafes are situated outside of the street. It’s a 5 minute stroll to the train station and a 7 minute stroll to the old bridge with all its restaurants which surprisingly are very affordable. The hostal is kept exceptionally clean, the host Arman and his wife are the lovliest people, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious, the shower is nice and hot, and the kitchen is well equipped Stayed November & Decembe...

The owner was so helpful with everything and gave me great recommendations for traditional food! Any issue i had only to ask him and he would help me. Great location as it was only a 5 minute walk to old town. At such a reasonable price how can you go wrong!
