+ The location is very nice. And it is very easy to communicate with the staff.

- The road outside is very noisy. And the air-conditioner made a lot of noise. So it is not comfortable to sleep. I believe that they can fix the air-conditioner.

+ Nada la habitación single la cama era como de media plaza, una persona de 1,65 habría que quedado corto

- La ducha era tan pequeña que ni siquiera se podía dar solo una ducha porque el pelo se mojaba igual, no había opción , primera vez que veo una ducha tan pequeña, hasta los brazos había que moverlos con cuidado para no golpearse

+ Lo único bueno de este hospedaje fue el trato del personal, de resto estuvo fatal

- El olor en el baño y en general de la habitación era terrible, olía a cañería todo el tiempo, en la habitación que estábamos no podíamos abrir las cortinas ya que estaban remodelando por fuera y era incómodo, las camas y las almohadas estaban incómodas también, la relación calidad precio no es la mejor

- The AC does not work. They told me that rooom has to be done from 9–12. So left the room when came back it was not done. The cleaners chat too much and they are audiable in the room. One night they informed that water will be cut at 9 am.

- Le stanze non sono nuove, ma abbastanza datate. La doccia non funzionava.

- Rapporto qualità prezzo.non valeva 149 euro.aria condizionata rumorosa e stanza calda e rumorosa affaccia su strada trafficata

+ Personalen och bemötandet var trevliga, tillgängliga och hjälpsamma. Läget var ok, ok nära till mycket. Rent i rummet och städningen var bra. Enkelt rum vilket var vi behövde. Bra med kylskåp i rummet och trevligt att få vatten varje dag👍 kuddarna var sköna.

- Sängen var lite för nedlegad och skulle behöva bytas. Fanns endast två eluttag i rummet vilket var lite besvärligt om man ska ladda saker och ha lämpan tänd. Frukosten var bra men blev lite enformig efter ett par dagar.

+ Un peu excentré par rapport au centre ville mais porta pia est bien desservie en bus et metro Propre Climatisation

- Le bruit: l'immeuble est situé dans une rue très passante, le camion poubelle vide les poubelles de la rue à minuit sous les fenêtres de la chambre et les personnes qui font le ménage arrivent à 8h et discutent dans le couloir. C'est un vieil immeuble et l'isolation thermique et phonique ne sont pas bonnes. Les installations (matelas, salle de bain) mériteraient un rafraîchissement

+ Struttura in buona posizione in buono stabile. Nelle vicinanze supermercato, ortofrutta, ATM. Colazione da consumare presso bar convenzionato; niente di eccezionale ma personale molto gentile. Check-in e Check-out tutto effettuato tramite Whatsapp ma da personale comunque molto gentile e disponibile

- Odada yemek yemek için masa sandalye olsa daha iyi olabilirdi.

+ The accommodation was excellent – everything was clean and very comfortable. The room was cozy and well-equipped, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. The communication was great as well – they responded quickly and were very helpful with everything we needed. The location was also a big advantage, as it is close to Termini station and bus stops, making it very easy to get around the city. Highly recommended! 😊

+ Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen. Man kann fußläufig alles erreichen, ob Restaurants, Supermarkt oder die Sehenswürdigkeiten. Selbst zum Bahnhof kann man laufen. Der Kontakt und Check-in war super organisiert.

+ Duidelijke communicatie vooraf via app

- Bij aankomst bleek er foute instructie te zijn, telefonisch niet bereikbaar terwijl dat wel stond aangegeven. Niet handig als je s avonds laat aan komt. Douche wel heel klein en niet iedere dag schoonmaak
