+ central location in historic center, if that’s what you like. Locals advised us to not stay in the center next time since it’s dangerous though.
- the room was not clean (hair balls, empty water bottles on the floor), there was only a window to an internal shaft from where a constant smell from the restaurant kitchen below came into the room and there are several ACs that made a lot of noise for the whole day. we spent 2 night. On the first night, therr was a band playing in the courtyard below the room, from 8 PM till 02 AM! the noise level was above 80 dB (meausred with the phone). we were only informed of this by chance. Staff was poorly identified and not very helpful. Breakfast was relatively poor.
+ Não recomendo. Agiram de má fé, cancelaram de última hora no exato momento que cheguei na cidade de São Luís. Entrarei com um processo.

- 1 - Não tinha água quando chegamos. 2 - Não consegui tomar café, o horário era às 7h porém não tinha nada pronto nesse horário. 3 - O quarto estava muito sujo, o chão tinha sujeira, a cama tinha pelos. 4 - A pia do banheiro estava totalmente entupida de pelos de barba, não conseguimos escovar os dentes. 5 - O chão do banheiro estava com muita sujeira e pelos.
- Pas d'eau la plupart du temps, personnel absent, petit déjeuner médiocre, clim faible, hotel bruyant car fête avec musique à fond jusqu'à plus de 2h00 du matin.

The dorms were nice, single comfy beds with a side table and big lockers. The common areas were not very inviting so a bit challenging to socialize. The bathrooms were very dirty all the time, some often did not have toilet paper. Also very few bathrooms for the amount of guests. Perhaps they were understaffed for cleaning but made it not the best stay for the price
Overall this is a good hostel. It is in a good location, near the local square. The rooms are spacious, with good Aircon, towels, and sheets. Downside is there are only a few bathrooms and one shower for females and one for men. The toilets and showers are also not very clean. There is no kitchen in the hostel but there is a restaurant which is reasonably priced and has good vegan good. One morning the breakfast was bad and late, another morning it was good and on time.

- O café da manhã segundo informação recebida por funcionários era apartir de 7hrs da manhã, mas quando cheguei um pouco depois ainda não havia nada. E mesmo esperando, era somente apartir das 8hrs que havia um café completo. Também achei desrespeitoso de um funcionário ao trazer uma hospede, ja passada da meia noite, tds estavam dormindo no quarto, simplesmente ligar a luz central. Conversei com a hospede depois e ela também ficou chocada com isso.

- Unfortunately our room didn’t have any proper windows and there was a party going on so we heard even the people cleaning afterwards until 3am and then from 5am you could hear every single word coming from the kitchen making it impossible to sleep! And our bathroom didn’t seem to have been properly cleaned as there were quite a few hairs spread around and the towels had stains

+ Para quem gosta do centro histórico é um lugar perfeito. Acomodação limpa e organizada.
- Privacidade.
- Me botaram num quarto novo, que fica na parte de baixo, ao acender as luzes do quarto, quem tava de fora olhava tudo dentro tirando total privacidade. Fora isso, tudo ok.

- Não gostei das instalações, porém é compreensível, visto que fica no centro histórico.

- Não gostei do café da manhã , teve dia que eu tive que sair sem o café da manhã porque não tinha nada para comer ainda café da manhã começa tarde e com pouquíssimas coisas só o básico mesmo e não gostei deles usar o espaço que seria da piscina para os hóspedes está lá no domingo para fazer festa para fazer balada eletrônica que foi até altas horas da noite , a ponto dos hóspedes não conseguir dormir, não gostei também das pessoas ter me oferecido um quarto e quando eu cheguei aqui foi outro e o quarto que era para mim entregar para um gringo eu achei uma falta de respeito e uma discriminação total.
Leckeres Frühstück und toller Pool
I stayed here two days with a couple days between each. When I left the first time I left a few bags to be stored and it was stored in a spot only staff had access to. When I returned and collected my bags I could noticeably tell they were rummaged through and had items stolen out of it. It’s frustrating when you know it was a member of staff when they are supposed to be the trusted ones. The rooms are okay. The music is loud until late on a Sunday. Bathrooms are dirty.

+ L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Sao Luis. Le petit déjeuner est bien fourni et l'hostel est décoré avec soin.
- Les salles de bains ne sont pas toutes aussi fonctionnelles les unes que les autres et il y a parfois de l'attente. L'absence de cuisine est également dommage
