O quarto é absurdamente pequeno. A cama não é de casal. Muito desconfortável. Fiz solicitação d e reserva para 3 adultos e chat do lá descobri que apenas 2 seriam hospedados. Durante os procedimentos de reserva isso não ficou claro para mim. As informações no site não são claras.

Ill equipped. Terrible mattress. Terrible pillows. No towels provided. Paper thin walls, you can hear everything the person in the next room does/says.

As mentioned before the walls are paper thin so it gets very loud. But overall, not a bad place to stay at all. Friendly staff but a few things could be improved such as towel refresh at 5 pounds is a bit much. Good location close to the tram.

The room is like the pictures. 10 minutes walk from Balmoral Hotel. Easy to get.

Excellent, value for money place to stay for the festival. The lovely 24hr door team also make the whole place feel safe and welcoming.

Perfect budget stay. Clean, great staff, and free coffee, tea and toiletries. Only tiny complaint is lack of night lights. The double bed is non-standard size, as others said, but for a night or two it's not a problem. I would book again.

I think this is a really great deal for budget travelers who still want to maintain some personal space and privacy. I decided on a whim to extend my trip in Edinburgh, and during that week in July, there was nothing even close to this price that wasn't shared with 4+ other people. And I booked last minute! Nice stay for a night. Clean kitchen, cool staff. A bit noisy, but good value anyway.

Check in and check out great. Staff very friendly and proactive when issues arrive (noisy neighbours into the wee hours). Clean and secure. A great location close to some great coffee shops, restaurants and the tram. Mattresses and pillows not particularly comfortable would be my only issue. Overall a good stay.
