Bled Hostel

Thé price of the bed in a dorm was incredibly expensive : 56 € without breakfast ! I have never been in an hostel that costs so much for a simple bed in a dorm. Max 30 € with breakfast in all countries of Europe.

worst hostel I've ever stayed at. dorms are tiny and the staff is sooo rude. the only pro is the pub and you can go even of you arent staying here. i stayed in a hostel 2 mins from this one and its was way better.

Very bad service

Very poor hostel experience, very few bathrooms, showers smelled disgusting as they were clearly not cleaned very often. The showers ran out of hot water, the wifi did not reach the dorms, the locker locks in the room could be opened by several keys so they were not secure, they expected us to bring our own sheets down once our stay was complete, and it was very expensive overall.

So many rules, the kitchen is way too small for the number of people staying, everyone is queuing and climbing over each other and that's if you are even allowed to use it, you are told to get out at 9:45pm and it stays locked until 8am. There are lockers in the room but beware that the same key opens multiple lockers so your things could be taken. There is a bar at the hostel reception that packs out and the noise is insane

Decnt accomodation, but really bad staff, unfriendly and rude

The facilities are basic, no towel or coat hooks/rails. Damp room. No privacy. A bar staff cash cheat. It is expensive for the quality.

Not even exaggerating when I say it’s the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in Europe. Every single one of the other guests were extremely friendly and outgoing, as were the staff. It was really close to the lake and the castle and there are so many things to do in around, not even one hour bus ride away. Wish I had known beforehand how cool the general vibe was so I could have arranged for more days to stay or even volunteer. Also I somehow slept better on their mattress than I do on my own??

such an awesome stay here! the staff are amazing, they are really putting everything they can into this hostel. it was clean, close to everything and had all the facilities you need (kitchen, laundry, etc). I would stay again and again.

great value, had a great time meeting people here. beds were comfortable. only note was there are no hooks to hang anything anywhere in the bathrooms...

Absolutely great hostel, everything you need and the staff are lovely. In a perfect location in the heart of bled! Would certainly recommend :)

great hostel- very easy to meet people, rooms were always clean and the staff were super willing to help. it is slightly odd that the kitchen/common spaces closes at 10pm, but everything else was great!

Unreal! The hostel and all the facilities are fantastic!! but they don't compare to the hosts! Justin, Denis and Spela were incredible. Other travelers are great and all, but do yourself and favour and get to know these guys. They are awesome. just don't ask Justin stupid questions. Or do 😂

A simple and clean hostel with everything you need for a short stay. I stayed here for one night, so I didn't even use all the amenities offered - no shared kitchen, no laundry, no terrace. They give you a key for the lockers, so you don't need to bring your own lock. Only the lower beds have privacy curtains. Maybe shelves are missing by each bed. The staff is very nice and helpful, they took into account my request for a bed (of course, it depends on availability), they provided an extra blank...

Really great location and has all the facilities you need. Personally I preferred Bled II as it is slightly more modern and benefits from the terrace

This place had a great atmosphere, everytime we walked into the kitchen we made a new friend. Bled is the perfect size that you can bump into people from your hostel everywhere! The staff are super knowledgeable and accommodating. Thanks for a lovely stay

The hostel is perfectly situated, near the lake, grocery store around the corner, comfortable beds. You can have cheap drinks at the pub with a welcoming atmosphere. Overall good vibes, great stay

Het hostel had alles wat je nodig hebt. Locatie was perfect. 10 persoonskamer was wel wat krap en had 1 wc en douche in dezelfde ruimte. Beneden was een pub waar het heel gezellig was.

I loved my stay at Bled Hostel! Super close to the Lake and ŝpela and denis were very nice!!

Fijn hostel met goede voorzieningen, zeker de gratis wasmachine was erg fijn. Je moet wel rekening houden met drukte bij het wassen, maar dat is niet gek als het gratis is. Er zijn ook genoeg wasrekken beschikbaar en het sanitair is netjes en schoon. De keuken is goed uitgerust. De gezamenlijke ruimte was gezellig en het terras heerlijk. De locatie is ook top, met een supermarkt en het busstation beide erg dichtbij. Ik heb het heerlijk gehad in Bled!

This was the most social hostel I’ve ever had and it’s in a great location. Made great friends and even went on a trip with them. I really recommend for solo travelers!!!
