Stylish apartments (total of 3)

+ Nothing. The place was horrible in a crime area next to a swampy creek with live crocodiles. The owner stays onsite. Like a prison with ongoing construction and dogs.

- Over priced for a bunch of IKEA furniture and Walmart accessories. Looks nothing like the photos. No housekeeping or fresh towels

- The power went out my second day there, the toilet couldn’t flush properly it over flowed and the shower water pressure was weak and the water wasn’t hot. And you cannot drink the tap water.

+ Das Apartment und die Terrasse sind wirklich schön. Die Ausstattung ist top und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch die ergänzenden Hinweise zum Leben in Belize, welche man in einem extra Ordner findet, helfen sehr gut weiter. Die Grundstückslage ist ruhig und in der Nähe gibt es alles was man braucht.

- Leider haben uns sehr umfangreiche Bauarbeiten u.a. mit starkem Lärm direkt am Haus und auf dem Grundstück über mehrere Tage begleitet. So konnten wir nur eingeschränkt die Terrasse nutzen und aufgrund der Bohr-, Schleif- und Metallsägegeräusche das schöne Apartement genießen. Eine Vorabinformation hätten wir uns hier gewünscht.

- L'hôte pas hyper accueillante. Et le quartier franchement pas dingue. Certes, pas du tout dangereux mais pas grand chose à proximité

+ Schöne Einrichtung und gute Ausstattung.

- Der Boden war sehr dreckig. Die Zahlungsweise (Anzahlung bis Paypal und Restzahlung nur bar bei Ankunft) ist etwas ungewöhnlich. Uns hat Belize City insgesamt nicht zugesagt.

+ The apartment is lovely. Well decorated, spacious and equipped. We had a nice welcome and were able to leave the luggage at the place earlier than the checkin.

- The access is complicated, a bit too far from visiting sites if you don’t have a car. There is nothing really interesting around. Also the checkin time is too late. 2 or 3pm would be better. Earlier checkin was possible but with an additional charge.

+ Gorgeous setup and well designed.

- Water pressure is terrible. Showerhead was severaly clogged. Stove was broken. Both beds are extremely uncomfortable. A pull out couch and a bed that could be a pull out couch.

+ Overall I had a great experience. It's my opinion you need to spray the couch bed and the Bed in the room. I was bitten over my legs and shoulder. The shower head spray is uneven. But I really like the upkeep and cleanlyness of your Apartment your hospitality is excellent. I enjoyed the drinking water it was plentiful.

- I really can't say that I didn't like anything. You and your Assistance were very kind and the hospitality was awesome. So other than what I felt was a homie feeling. I will come back again. In the near future maybe you can put a Blender nothing too expensive so quess can make home made smoothies for breakfast.

+ Good location for travellers coming into and leaving belize. Host was accommodating to early check in (for an added cost). Housekeeper was very lovely.

- Not a whole lot to do outside of belize city but porch oasis made up for it. Again perfect for a short stay. Bathroom had a subtle moldy/ sweaty stench.

+ Tiana and her family were fantastic! We really enjoyed staying here. The A/C was a godsend in the City heat, and the bikes were a great way of us exploring for a day.

+ Very nice, modern, new apartment, well equipped, quiet surroundings, close to a supermarket.

+ The chic vibe and cleanliness.

+ Tiana is a great host. Very attentive and responsive to requests. Excellent kitchen facilities. Good outdoor seating areas (2) with comfy chairs and music thru Alexa. Ample free parking out front. Water jugs in central area to refill carafe in room was very appreciated. There are a lot of trees on the property and surrounding area, so there are a lot of lovely birds to watch when sitting outside. We enjoyed the bird song in the mornings. Tiana provides a binder of very useful information for the suite, as well as things to do in Belize City and elsewhere in the country. Accommodation is very near to airport.

- There are not a lot of places to put away clothes - so our suitcases took up a lot of room on the floor and we lived out of them. Other places had ample drawers for us to unpack our things so we could stow our luggage under the bed or in a closet. The 2 units we stayed in didn't have closets, but did have a rolling rack for hanging up shirts and dresses.

+ Un petit nid douillet, tout y est vraiment charmant. Netflix était gratuit, ce qui a beaucoup plu à mon fils ;-) Notre hôte était super sympathique et tout .était clair et bien expliqué.

- It was slightly far away from the main part of the city, but it was in a safe area which made this worth it!

+ Our hostess was absolutely gracious in every way. Her little daughter was so sweet and helped change the water jug out on the patio with a smile. The apartment looked recently renovated with up to date decor and every detail remembered - umbrellas, extra pillows, hairdryer, toiletries, fresh water, coffee and beautiful dishes. The location is perfect for pre and post flights. There is food nearby and food delivery available. A grocery is a block away. We have shared with others the location of this property already and would stay again if we have the good fortune to return to Belize.

+ Very clean, modern, well put together apartment. Easy and friendly checkin. Safe neighborhood and convenient parking. Games available. Comfortable outdoor space. Bikes available on first come, first served basis for free. Really great property and would definitely stay again.

+ Apartment was very clean and if I wanted to I could have cooked breakfast easily.

+ A really beautiful apartment, so clean and modern. There is a booklet left in the room with information about food/shops etc that are close by which was very helpful. The shower was really nice. Would stay here again
