- Very dirty and unsafe!! We had Bedbugs in the room! Very unsafe location. Homeless people staying in the hostel and hanging outside the hostel.
- Bedbugs!! We had Bedbugs in our room, It was horrible. Homeless people were hanging arround the hostel. Hostel is located the the most unsafe neighborhood
- Fiquei hospedada no Hostel por dois dias e depois trabalhei como voluntária na equipe e fui tratada muito mal como as outras voluntárias do local também são. Toxicidade, maldade e exploração. As pessoas precisam saber disso.
+ Balie medewerker kon mij niet vinden in systeem ik moest ter plekke opnieuw reserveren. Toen nog kon ze mijn reservering niet vinden, moest lang wachten, daarnaast hielp ze ook anderen want ze gaf indruk haar werk niet te kennen. Uiteindelijk kreeg ik een bed blijkt dat er spullen van anderen te liggen op het bed. Er was een lege bed ik vroeg of Ik dan de lege bed kon gebruiken, bleek dat ie bezet is. Gelukkig waren degene vriendelijk om mij toch nog het bed met mij te ruilen. Maar Uiteindelijk ben je mijn dienst de trein genomen naar huis. Eindstand hostel heeft van mij gratis 89 euro kado gekregen. Maar ik zal nooit meer vooor hostel kiezen.

- Bad attitude in the mail. I only had one time stay and I had to come twice. Since they didn’t offer good service they asked me to come back the third time. It’s impossible for travelers to come back to the hotel.

- The hostel is unsafe. My coat was stolen from the coat rack on my bunk bed WHILE I WAS SLEEPING. The staff didn't care. Even so, while still at the hostel, I wrote a formal email informing them of the incident. A staff member contacted me to apologize and insisted that the hostel was safe, but couldn't guarantee that other items wouldn't be stolen. The locker is a box with iron bars that fit your entire hand. It's far from the city center (public transportation is expensive) and in a neighborhood where I didn't feel safe walking at night. The bathroom is dirty. In the shower area, I found cake (?), toilet paper, and used sanitary pads on the floor, inside the shower stall, and around the sinks (on different days).
- Er wordt veel gestolen in de kamers. De opslagplaatsen onder de bedden, daar kan je heel makkelijk spullen uit pakken. Zo wordt het wel makkelijk gemaakt en is het niet veilig en als je het aangeeft bij de receptie zeggen ze alleen sorry daarvoor.
- The air was really bad. Also they didn't mention about there are many of stairs.
- Llegue tarde en la noche y me aseguraron que podía llegar y llamar el teléfono en la puerta pero el teléfono no funcionaba. Con suerte me abrió la puerta una chica pero tuve que dormir en el sofa. El alojamiento me devolvio el precio de la noche pero igualmente no pude disfrutar bien de mi día en Amsterdam.

看con的时候来住的，地理位置很好，步行去afas live十分钟不到。十二人间也很安静，前台工作人员非常热情，隔壁还有一家不错的粤菜馆。记得自带毛巾和抽屉锁。
Das Hostel ist grundsätzlich eine schöne Idee, wäre sie besser umgesetzt. Insbesondere die Waschräume sind sehr unhygienisch und dreckig. Man fühlt sich nicht wohl, irgendwas anzufassen. Check in ist ab 14 Uhr und es besteht leider auch nicht die Möglichkeit 15min eher einzuchecken. Ärgerlich, aber ist dann so. Als ich vor der Tür stand, öffnete niemand mir die Tür und ich stand 12 Minuten vor der Tür und hab des Öfteren Angerufen und geklingelt, ohne Reaktion. Als die Empfangsdame d...
Hermoso Hostel, están en todos los detalles. Tenían espejos con luces para maquillarte, plancha para la ropa, tampones y toallitas en los baños (eso suma muchísimo) Excelente! Me gustó mucho, gracias
