- First I didn’t like how everything was so opened in the rooms no privacy at all. Even though it’s a hostel I still except some privacy and respect from the people that are staying. I only slept two hours because inside the room was boiling hot and two of the people where snoring very loud and farting like they owned the space no self awareness and not closing the door while peeing and doing there private things. It was 3 am I went to reception and waited an hour nobody there and I just left the hostel and wondered around till 11 am to catch my flight at the airport

- Brak pokoju dla kobiet.odradzam kobietom spania w tym hostelu. Mozesz trafic na mixed dorm z samymi facetami. Na recepcji mloda ukrainka bardzo niemila. Poprosilam o umieszczenie mnie w innym pokoju.. w kilkupietrowym budynku nie bylo takiej opcji.. inna recepcjonistka udawala ze zapomniala o oddaniu mi kaucji za klucz i karte do pokoju. Posciel nie wygladala na swieza...byly na niej wlosy..

- Нет порядка. Целую ночь люди хотят кто куда хочет. Нет тишины . Не возможно выспаться

- Психологические проблемы у администраторши , абсолютно неадекватная барышня , ей нельзя работать и контактировать с людьми

- Полотенца - платно , вход на кухню - платно , постоянные переселения даже если бронирование одним куском , могут переселить и при этом требуют "выселиться" в 11 и заселиться в 15 ! хотя бронирование на несколько дней! и если это ваше желание , то почему клиента должно это волновать и причинять неудобства ? скорее всего это личное желание неадекватной администраторши которой вообще нужно запретить работать с людьми , видимо перекись водорода повлияла на ее мозг . При том что переселили из одного 4х местного номера (в котором нас было 2е) в другой 4х местный номер, в котором мы также находились вдвоем , под предлогом того что заедет группа , но какой смысл был в нашем переселении - непонятен , да и логики никакой в этом нет кроме создания неудобства "потому что так захотелось !" крашеной в черно -белое администраторше у которой явные проблемы с психикой

- Хамское отношение к клиентам , никому не советую , пока там работает такое быдло покрашеное в черно белое

- Администратор абсолютно неадекватная хамка

+ Camera privata quadrupla molto ampia e pulita. Prezzo. Bus a 50mt che portava all'inizio del centro ( zona centro commerciale?

- Area residenziale Senza negozi

+ 가성비가 말도 안됩니다. 정말 다른 거 신경 안쓴다 하면 이곳이 브로츠와프 며칠 체류하기에는 가격적으로도 위치로도 제일 좋을 것 같아요

- 다른 후기들처럼 리셉션 직원이 다소 무뚝뚝한 감은 있지만 그래도 물어보면 다 대답해주긴 해요. 베드 청결은 그냥 자고일어날 수 있을 정도 딱 그만큼입니다.

+ Probably the best hostel in Wroclaw. And probably the first hostel that is on the level of a hotel. Clean, safe, spacious, secured, central location. Amazing receptionist as well 🙂

- I understand that in a hostel you do not choose who you share a room with, but some common sense in room assignments would have been appreciated. I booked a bed in a 6-bed dorm and ended up being the only woman, at 21 years old, sharing with five men over 30, which made me very uncomfortable. The room was also never cleaned, and the shared space was not well maintained. What made the stay especially unsettling was that one night the police came into the room because there was apparently a criminal staying there. When I asked reception what had happened, they refused to explain anything, which I found very dishonest and disturbing. Overall, I did not feel comfortable or safe during my stay.
