+ Clean room
- All rooms have no window to outside! Every room has a little window to a lang corridor. It smells like cigerette smoke. Coming from outside in the corridor and to the rooms. All of our clothes smells after the stay. Stuffy room with a strong smell of mold. Breakfast was horrible.

Me quisieron cobrar más del doble de lo que decía la reserva, tenía un saldo de 22 USD según la app y ellos querían 186 mil cop , además cero intento de arreglar el asunto por el personal, era pagar o irse. Pésima experiencia
They wanted to charge me more than twice what the reservation said, I had a balance of 22 USD according to the app and they wanted 186 thousand cop, plus zero attempt to arrange the matter by the staff, it was pay or go.
Al inicio todo fue aceptable, la chica que nos atendió al inicio muy amable, nos prestó el baño, nos guardó el equipaje sin costo y ofreció entregarnos la habitación antes pero no la requerimos, el problema fue cuando salimos, por salir tarde media hora nos hicieron cobro adicional, por guardar las maletas nos cobraron 30.000 pesos por amontonarlas en un closet y nadie podía saberlo y cuando fuimos a recoger las maletas pedimos el baño prestado y nos lo negaron, por qué según no hay ba...

PÉSIMO, hice reserva de tres habitación y aboné por cada una, cuando llegué solo habían hecho reserva de dos habitaciones y no me regresaron el dinero de la otra habitación, la propietaria es demasiado grosera y no le importa nada, de las encargadas solo hubo una que trató todo el tiempo de ayudarnos, la encargada del turno de la noche solo duerme y es muy grosera, nunca le hicieron aseo a las habitaciones a pesar que eran 4 noches de hospedaje ni cambiaban las toallas. No lo recomiendo!
PÉSIMO, I made a reservation for three rooms and subscribed for each, when I arrived alone they had reserved two rooms and they did not return me the money for the other room, the landlady is too rude and doesn't care about anything, of the caregivers there was only one who tried all the time to help us, the night shift supervisor only sleeps and is very rude, they never cleaned the rooms even though they were 4 nights of accommodation and they did not change the towels.

- Que no se podía usar muchas tarjetas para el pago.
Auberge propre. Sachez qu'il n'y a pas de fenêtre dans les chambres (dortoirs ou privée). Personnel ok. Pas d'espace commun, pour sortir de sa chambre et prendre l'air donc pas de vie d'auberge. petite cuisine qui rends service mais pas de frigo et que 3 places assises. Pas beaucoup d'affluence lors de notre passage donc c'était ok pour nous. Le quartier est top.
Clean hostel. Know that there are no windows in the rooms (dormitories or private). Staff ok. No common space, to get out of one's room and take some air so no hostel life. small kitchen that provides service but no fridge and only 3 seats. Not much affluence during our passage so it was ok for us. The neighborhood is top.
+ La ubicación; está bastante bien ubicado. Tenían un kitchenette pequeñito con refrigeradora pero suficiente para poner a helar el agua y beberla más tarde.
- La habitación no estaba muy bien ventilada, tendríamos que haber dormido con la puerta abierta (cosa que no hicimos) para poder dormir frescos porque el ventilador ni la ventana pequeñita eran suficiente. Tampoco nos gustó mucho el trato, cuando hicimos una consulta, los encargados nos indicaban que lo hablarían con la dueña, uno de los días ubicamos a la dueña y le pedimos conversar pero su tracto fue cortante y nos derivó a su equipo sin saber lo que necesitábamos.
+ La srta. De recepción muy amable gracias a ella conocí la ciudad de Medellín está muy cerca del Metro 🚇 y tienes todas las tiendas cercas de ti
- Estoy satisfecho en todo.
