I woke up to a bedbug on my pillow. I am now itchy and covered in bites. I feel appalled, disgusted, and violated. The hostel refunded me 56% of the cost of my stay ($17 out of a total $30 spent) and did not refund me the $6 city tax. Overall, the place was unclean and grimy. The bathroom shower had a disgusting pink film on the floor. There was only one bathroom for 15 people. It was in an inconvenient location. Do not stay here. Spend a bit more money for a safe and clean hostel.

cute hostel but pretty average. It is quite convenience if u want to do some day trips because it is really close to the main train station. It would be also better if they had lockers in the bedrooms.

for short stays it’s alright but very small rooms, a lot of people for one bathroom

Staff were friendly, room was basic and comfortable but only a fan, no air conditioning so it got quite hot at night. Bathroom was basic, not very clean or modern and you only have one bathroom between everyone so was frequently occupied. Location was good, very convenient and walkable to everywhere. Kitchen was basic and had everything you needed.

basic accomodation, but great if you just need a place to stay! my room was comfortable and it offers good facilities like the kitchen. the staff were very friendly and responsive and I felt very safe there. The bathroom is large which is good but the bath for the shower is not the nicest but its just very old and not had work done it seems.

El personal es muy bueno y amable. Tenía un poco de miedo por comentarios de otros guest pero puedo decir con certeza que el trato fue muy bueno y amable. La casa es pequeña, las camas son cómodas y están limpias. El único problema es que hay un solo baño, el agua de la ducha sale fría y requiere un poco más d limpieza. Es bastante pequeño pero está bien para una o dos noches si es que no eres exigente con el baño. Ofrecen café gratis, té y también hay una cocina q puedes usar.

todo genial! se adaptan perfectamente al horario de llegada, las chicas que habían en las habitaciones muy agradables

Stefano was wonderful, very nice, very helpful and caring, goes above and beyond. This is the cutest hostel I've ever stayed in with a beautiful courtyard. Cute little full kitchen with everything you could need. The room was very clean and comfortable. I've never seen a hostel with so many extras that he provides, bathroom shampoos, lotion, q-tips to name a few and many more, no other hostel provides all these extras. It was a very nice, I look forward to staying again in my next visit. 👍�...

Locación excelente. Stefan es una estrella de persona. Cerca de todo. Todo perfecto y la limpieza y atención óptima.
