The place is nice and clean. However Beatrice was very nice and friendly, her husband was very NOT. All he cared was about passport,money and wasnt willing to wait for me to unwind from a long day of hiking in the park, but demanded my passport,nor did he wait for me to finish dressing up after the shower, my partner rushed to do it for me. Later he rushed him to check out at 10am. Very unpleasant,we felt unwelcome, like we were disturbing.

The accommodation is about 30min walk from entrance 2 which is also where the Flix bus will drop you so it’s good if you don’t have too much luggage. The room and bathroom was spotless and a fully equipped kitchen available which was useful as there is only one restaurant in proximity.

Villa is a b&b and you don’t share with anybody else. Very dated property but the owner is the absolute friendliest and is so willing to help if you need it. The room I stayed in had a kitchen & living area, double bed and private bathroom. Felt like a luxury for a solo backpacker and was super convenient for seeing the Plitvice National Park. Take note of the bus stops to use if catching Flixbus!!

This is a great place to stay, very close to the park and other amenities. It is more of a B&B than a hostel and so there isn't a huge social atmosphere to the accommodation but the pizzeria 5 mins away can solve that.

Overall good location! Perfect for exploring the Nationalpark, which is only 25 min by walk; by car it’s just a few minutes to entrance 2. I got the studio room with my own kitchen and dining table, which was great. As mentioned in other reviews its a bit old and the studio did have a musty smell. Also Wifi was indeed very weak. Apart from that, good place to stay, when visiting the lakes.

Die Lage war super, 200m vom Hostel entfernt liegt eine Bushaltestelle wo auch Flixbus hält, also auch super für Leute ohne Auto zu erreichen. Der Park ist auch nur 20 Gehminuten entfernt. Leider war der Besitzer nicht ganz so freundlich und wir fühlten uns nicht sehr willkommen. Wäsche waschen kostet 3€ pro Wäsche, einen Trockner gibt es nicht. Alles war aber sauber.

We are a family of 6 and need space. This property was great for us! It was clean, quiet and close to the park. It was convenient to have a kitchen just for guests. The hosts were very relaxed and helpful. We got the breakfast our last day and it was delicious. Overall a great location!

Very nice and simple hostel, the room and bathroom were absolutely clean, the owners nice and welcoming. A little garden to chill, a kitchen opened to use. It is accessible by bus from Zagreb (5mn walk from the bus stop Mukinje), 25-30mn walk to the Plitvice park, so it is ideal. There is also a nearby restaurant to have a drink at the end of the day. Price/quality unbeatable :) Thanks again !

Beautiful and peaceful space! The rooms were nice and beds were incredibly comfortable. The man running the place was lovely, he even gave us fresh plums in the evening because he'd been picking them. Its a short walk to the national park through woodland parks. The little fact sheet which they leave in the room was very helpful.

Excelente alojamiento. La cocina súper equipada, lo cual para nosotros es importante porque nos gusta cocinar. De ahí nos fuimos caminando hasta la entrada del parque, y te permiten dejar el auto estacionado en el hostel, con lo cual nos ahorramos el parking en el parque. Muy recomendable!

Our stay at this lovely place was perfect, quiet and within nature. We briefly had contact with the couple and they clearly love running the home. The walk through the town to the entrance of the lake was nice and already through the nature surrounding the lakes. The use of the kitchen and the garden is a definite plus to our stay.

Great location, and the hosts are very nice. The bus stop for buses coming in and out are right down the street- flix buses DO stop there even if they don’t say they will on the app. 25 minute walk to the park, solid pizza spot nearby. Would stay again.

We have lovely stay in Villa Jezerka. The room and the bathroom are clean. The shared kitchen has necessary things to make your own meals. The hotel is located near Munijek bus stop (about 200m away), where you can get off or get on for the long-distance bus. Going to the park entrance 2 is less than 30min by foot. Our room isn't closed to WiFi router so the connection is not great. The owners were very friendly and provided us very useful information. Highly recommended. :)

Max 15 mins walk to entrance 2 of Plitvice Lakes through the woods. Gentleman who checked us in was really helpful. Room clean and with everything we needed. Shared clean well stocked kitchen. Pizzeria 5mins walk 🙂

A bit of a walk to the park but not anything too inconvenient really (just annoying if you are carrying your bags to check in, but for just the park it’s no issue at all). The house is beautiful and so cozy. I love the bed sheets and rooms, it feels more home-like than hotel-like. Awesome kitchen with everything you would need in it. Beautiful garden and nice table outside, big bathroom. Friendly owners too, I definitely recommend!

Clean, comfortable and pleasant. Well-located, just a 30min walk to gate 2. No oven but otherwise a well equipped kitchen with cooking oil and a gas stove. The hosts gentle and helpful. Can definitely recommend.

Très bon accueil de la part des hôtes. Les chambres étaient rustiques mais très propre et les lits sont confortables. L’accès se fait bien dans l’ensemble. Il manque peut être une petite pancarte de signalisation sur le lieu. Très proche du parc national de plitvice donc parfait ! Petit supermarché tout proche également pour le ravitaillement ! L’hôte à été de bon conseil et très agréable. Rien à dire

My sister and I stayed here for one night. It is so convenient for if you want to visit the Plitvice Lakes. It is also located in a very beautiful area not too far from the main village. The village is small but it has a supermarket and place to eat. It’s also such a quick walk to the bus stop (Mukinje Village bus stop).The family that runs the place are super friendly they gave us a bowl of fruit that grows right outside in the garden. The rooms are also very clean and bathroom as well.

Wir haben hier einen zwischen Stopp eingelegt vom Weg von Zadar nach Zagreb, um einen Tag Zeit für die Plitvicer Seen zu haben. Es ist eine sehr schöne einfach Unterkunft und dafür sehr gut geeignet. Auch wenn man in der Gegend noch andere Unternehmungen starten möchte, ist es ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt.

About 2 km from entrance 2, best option if you want to stay near by the national park with budget. Clean room and comfortable bed. Have kitchen facility. Owner offer a drive for us in the early morning to entrance2, thank you and definitely recommended.
