+ Nothing, after traveling for more than 19 hours, I arrive to the hotel and they didn't have my room available, they said that they were sorry but that the last guest who was staying in the room didn't wanted to leave, so he didn't check out and they didn't do anything about it. I had to find another hotel (almost everything was sold in town) and I had to pay double of what I had reserved. After that, the hotel decided to mark me as a non show, which is a complete lie, they are not responding to my messages and I need them to respond of the extra price I had to pay. Everything that I saw there was bad, there was no manager at the hotel to speak to. The pool was full of drunk people with loud music and no body gave me any solution. Don't go there, you will regret it.

+ Nice pool area

- We paid 55€ for one night in an old shed without AC, a door we could not lock and smelling mould on the wood. The mattress was hard as a stone and on request we received another one that was half the size of the bed. There is a discotheque in the parallel street, made it impossible to sleep with open door. Definitely the worst place we stayed in Columbia with a brazen value for money ratio.

+ La piscine est plutôt correcte.

- L'air conditionné ne fonctionnait pas dans ma chambre, impossible de dormir. Aucun égard du gérant qui s'en fiche. Naturellement aucune remise due à l'inconvenance, on m'a fait payer plein pot avec en plus les frais de 5% du paiement par carte bleue. Il y a bien d'autres endroits mieux à de bons tarifs, et bien placés dans Palomino. A fuir!

+ Lo único que nos gustó fue la ubicación

- Muy mal servicio, acordamos un servicio a una hora determinada y nos incumplieron, adicional al hacer la reclamación el personal de la cocina fue demasiado grosero, una falta de respeto.

- Malos olores en los baños. Olor a cañería todo el tiempo

+ The location is perfect . Closed to the center but still very quiet

- The wifi is quite bad , the staff do not speak English at all.

+ La ubicación es buena y los espacios comunes son amplios

- La habitación es pequeña, sin ventilación y retiene mucho el calor del día, ni modo de dejar la ventana que tiene abierta porque no tiene reja o algo que brinde seguridad. En la habitación ponen un ventilador lo cual no es suficiente para refrescar el sitio. La noche que estuvimos se fue la luz, no tienen planta para estas situaciones entonces el ventilador tampoco funcionaba y el calor en la habitación era demasiado. También hay algunos detalles que hacen ver descuidado el sitio, por ejemplo el asiento del sanitario estaba muy viejo y desagradable.

+ Excelente ubicación el personal agradable y la comida muy rica.

- Organización en las reservas pues no se nos dio en principio lo contratado.

+ Todo fue perfecto.

- Nada que mencionar.

+ La piscina y la naturaleza. El personal estuvo muy atento de mis necesidades y el ambiente es muy familiar.

- Viele moskitos auf der Veranda.

+ Las instalaciones y el desayuno genial. Muy aseado.

+ Tranquilidad y que el anfitrión se puse a disposición

- Que no tenía agua caliente

+ È in una zona tranquillissima di Palomino, a pochi minuti dalla strada principale e dalla confusione. Il giardino e la piscina sono bellissimi. Colazione bene!

+ Odrobinę poza główną drogą, więc cicho. Super basen, hamaki i pyszne śniadanie.

+ Its location is very convenient for the big river or the village.

- All good.

+ Ruhig, sauber, Hängematte vor dem Zimmer, Pool. Freundliches Personal. Nah zum Strand. Grosser Spiegel auf der Höhe für gringos 😉

- Keine seife.

+ Quiet, very wide open space, great swimming pool. Breakfast was delicious. The people (local family) running the property are very friendly and accommodating.
