I had bed bugs in my bed. I booked at large room at first and then they moved me to a smaller room and I told them I booked a big room. So they told me no its the sams. I could barly open mu suitcase in the room. Also the rooms above made so much noise., there is no noise policy. I really felt like what I booked I did not get.
