+ Trotz teilweiser chaotischer Zustände hat die Kollegin ( nur junge Leute)an der Rezeption alleine versucht noch die Probleme zu klären. Ich möchte nicht wissen, wie schlecht das Personal bezahlt wird. Abends, als kein Mensch eincheckte, waren 3 Leute da. Nachmittag nur einer, völlig überfordert.
- In der Schlange bei der Anmeldung standen teilweise bis 40 Personen.Wartezeit minimum 35 Min., teilweise bis 1,5 Stunden. Keine Barzahlung möglich. Nicht mal vernünftig Kuchen für 1.90. Parkplatz in der 2. Etage des Hauses ungenügend ausgeschildert. Dadurch parkten wir gleich vorn neben der Auffahrt und benutzten 2 verschiedene Fahrstühle, die jeder jeweils 5 Minuten stecken blieben und kein Knopf war zu betätigen. Einer von den 3 sah aus wie ein Lastenfahrstuhl aus den Anfängen der Erfindung. Den haben wir gar nicht erst betreten. Später bekamen wir mit, dass wir im Fahrstuhl auf der falschen Hausseite waren, durch die ungenügende Ausschilderung. Aber der hätte ja trotzdem funktionieren müssen. Frühstück niveaulos das billigste vom billigsten, wie in der Mitropa vor 50 Jahren. Schlangen am Kaffeeautomaten. Nie wieder Meininger Hotel Gruppe.

- The dorms are way too small for the number of people they try to fit in. Mine was a 6-bed room and there was barely any space to move. Ventilation was nonexistent, so all the smells mixed together and were intense — we were basically crammed into that room. The shower was tiny, there was no space to leave your suitcase, so you had to leave it practically in the middle of the room, since the lockers only fit a small backpack. Terrible experience, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

- 非常不满意，我预定时特殊要求有留言我需要一个女生间下铺，我到达时女生间两个下铺都没人，只有两个紧挨在一起的单人床有个下铺，但已经安排一个女生入住，前台让我在上铺和挨着女生的下铺二选一，无奈我只能选上铺，不可能和一个陌生女生睡一起吧，这女生晚上睡觉不关灯打呼噜非常响！我腿不太好，上去非常困难，晚上11点回来发现还有个下铺依旧没人，要求换个下铺，我并没动上铺的东西，前台不同意，直到晚上12点多下铺才有人来。我明明先到的，前台要把下铺留给后来的人，我住世界各地青旅十多年了，第一次遇到这种情况！ 没有任何遮挡，一个人不关灯房间都是亮的！有人开床头灯睡着了！ 整个晚上三个人打呼噜，震天响，完全不能睡觉！早上六点不到我就受不了出去了！ 前台做事也是非常让人生气，她会让你一直等，几个人做一个事也不安排一个人来处理问题，感觉到对亚洲人的恶意！ 床和枕头非常软，人会陷进去，我是个喜欢软床的人，但是这个床垫完全没支撑，躺一晚腰疼，很难受！ 我永远不会在住这个青旅，也不推荐任何人住在这里！
+ Otele gittik otel çok kötüydü gibiydi, kalmadık. Kahvaltı parasını extra ödedik ve paramız iade olmadı hiç yatmadık. Sosyal medya üzerinden booking in bize neler yaşattığını anlatıyorum ve anlatmaya devam edeceğim. Siz benim paramı çaldınız. Hırsızsınız.
- Odalar 3 kişi için çok ufak elbisemi asacak gardrop yok, camlar açılmıyor.

Hostel, bzw eigentlich ein Hotel, ist an sich gut. Schöne große Küche, Zimmer sind sauber (bis auf den Schimmel in der Dusche), Personal ist nett. Musste mir aber mit einer fremden Person ein Doppelbett teilen, das ist irgendwie komisch. Warum stellt man stattdessen nicht ein drittes Etagenbett ins Zimmer? Super Anbindung, da es direkt neben dem Hauptbahnhof ist (dadurch hört man nachts aber natürlich auch mal Züge). Handtücher sind im Preis mit drin. Würde dort wieder schlafen.
Super Unterkunft, für das preiswerte Geld. Der Hauptbahnhof ist zwar etwas laut, aber dafür sind alle Öffis auch in der Nähe. Das Personal ist nett und die Common Areas sind sehr schön gestaltet. Es gibt eine Küche. Alternativ wird auch ein Frühstück angeboten. Ggenügend Waschmaschinen sind auch vorhanden. Alles in Allem zu empfehlen.
非常喜欢这个旅舍。美中不足的是前台个别员工业务不熟，不会人工调整电脑上计划的房间、床位分配，处理问题非常困难以致处理不了。而同样的问题由一个前台女孩很快就解决了。
Very much like this hostel.The shortcoming in the US is that the individual front desk staff is not business-savvy, will not manually adjust the room planned on the computer, beds will be allocated, the problem of handling is very difficult to deal with.And the same problem was quickly solved by a front desk girl.
Great location near public transit. Clean facility. Appreciated the laundry ability. A bit pricey for the stay. Staff could be friendlier. Private rooms should be provided a kettle.

La habitación el WC olía cada día mucho a orín incluso cuando pasaban supuestamente a "limpiar", la cama que me asignaron estaba pegada a otra sin ningún tipo de privacidad, el desayuno era muy básico para el precio que tiene y NO había fruta fresca, solo había macedonia de bote, y zumo azucarado. La zona común es una con música todo el día y todos juntos: futbolín, dos billares, zona de niños, zona de co-workint-recepción y bar. Todo en una misma sala sin separación llena de grup...
The room and the toilet smelled a lot of urine every day even when they supposedly came by to "clean", the bed I was assigned was glued to another without any privacy, the breakfast was very basic for the price it has and there was NO fresh fruit, only macedonia from the boat, and sugary juice.The common area is one with music all day and all together: soccer, two billiards, children's area, co-working area-reception and bar.All in one room without separation full of school groups.
Ich war Ende Februar eine Nacht dort. Das Zimmer war genau wie auf den Fotos. Das Personal war super nett. Nach meiner langen Reise musste ich nicht lange gehen, da es direkt am Bahnhof liegt, von den Zügen habe ich in der Nacht nichts gehört. Gerne immer wieder und dann evtl. auch für etwas länger. :)
I was there at the end of February one night. The room was exactly as on the photos. The staff was super nice. After my long journey I didn't have to walk long, as it is right by the station, I didn't hear anything from the trains at night. I like it again and again and then maybe even for a little longer.
Solo nos quedamos una noche por lo que no pudimos disfrutar las instalaciones, pero se veía que los espacios comunes eran acogedores. El chico de recepción fue muy amable al recibirnos. Los colchones se hundían, lo que nos dificultó el buen descanso. Pero lo recomendamos
We only stayed one night so we couldn't enjoy the facilities but it was obvious that the common areas were cozy. the receptionist was very kind to receive us. the mattresses were sinking, which made it difficult for us to get a good rest. but we recommend it
