+ Localizaçao muito boa, pertinho da Rua Caracoles. O quarto é bem espaçoso e cama confortavel. Há TV e ventilador. A cozinha tem alguns items basicos e nos atendeu bem. Ha cafe, leite em pó e cha para os hospedes. Na nossa hospedagem, tb havia um espaço para lavar e secar nossas roupas, que foi otimo.
- O unico problema que tivemos foi com o chuveiro. Nao conseguimos achar uma boa temperatura. Ou estava super quente, ou frio. E no meio do banho, a agua ficava fria.

+ Great host, he was really friendly and offered us to keep our rental car inside the premises. We also liked how close of a walk it was to everything yet away from the busyness.
- There were a couple of things that affected our rating. The top one was no way to cool down the unit: we basically didn’t sleep all three nights because it was so hot and the fan provided little cooling in the desert heat. We didn’t love how we kept getting bothered by the cat who kept trying enter our space. I also didn’t like how the owner texted me when we arriving but then wasn’t there and wasn’t answering his phone for like 10-15 minutes when we got there. It was so hot outside while we were waiting and I thought it was unprofessional.

- Zunächst war alles gut. Nach der Zahlung war der Vermieter leider nicht mehr auffindbar. Den versprochenen Wlan-Zugang haben wir nicht bekommen und bis heute hat er nicht auf unsere Nachrichten (mehrfache Nachfragen) reagiert.

- The problem in the kitchen could be solved in an hour, not a day. To do this, it was necessary to read messages from guests. There was no reception.

+ At the time it seemed like value for money for booking purposes, and we were not disappointed. There are some rough bits in the compound, and the outside seating is not the most comfortable but apart from that everything was perfect. Distance to attractions and caracoles street is good, and there are a couple of local restaurants nearby and a couple of small shops too.
- Outside seating and no soap for bathing
+ Comfortable apartment, convenient, 15 minute walk into the town centre for restaurants and shops, supermarket. Boris is a very helpful host, good communication.
- Tendency of shower to cut off on occasions. Reported it to Boris.
+ Buen servicio y atención, pedimos utensilios de cocina adicionales y nos lo consiguieron sin problema. Cama cómoda y agua caliente en la ducha. Aparcamiento dentro disponible.
- Cocina pequeña pero apta para cocinar para una o dos personas.

+ Perfecto para unos días en san Pedro de Atacama. Limpio y acogedor. Acondicionado para lo que necesitases.
- La cama la encontré muy blanda, por lo que no descansé 100%. Pero es una opinión personal ya que tengo un problema de espalda.
+ Cozy and very clean little apartment with big bedroom, bathroom with hot water and a little kitchen area. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom thanks to a mobile heater comfortably warm during the cold winter nights. Small grocery shops are close. Basics like salt and oil were already provided. I liked the concept of the terrace (facing Licancabur) even though it was too cold in the evening to use it. The neighborhood is very quiet. Boris is a very nice host and contact was always a breeze.
- There wasn’t much I didn’t like. But to mention something: A downside to being in a quiet neighborhood is that it‘s a bit of a walk to to where the action is (not so nice when it‘s cold). The hot water in the shower is not the most consistent and there could be a bit more light in the bedroom. None of this is really important though! I would always stay there again!
