- Pagamos habitación privada con “cama extra doble” eran dos colchones unidos con un agujero en el medio. Tampoco era la habitación de las fotos. No había ni un vaso en la habitación o en el baño. La mesa híper pequeña y solo una banqueta

- There was one female staff that was very unprofessional. When I arrived she didn’t acknowledge me until 4 min after just standing there. Then she was very passive aggressive when I asked to change rooms bec the room booked was dirty and smelly. She wouldn’t listen and kept interrupting telling me to listen. She was not accommodating and super rude. I ended up leaving even though I paid for the bunk. I usually have a good experience and staff very nice but she was terrible, had no experience in customer service and was unprofessional. She should be fired or at least trained.

- The hotel/hostel is extremely noisey with hostel guests yelling, screaming until after 3am. The staff did nothing to address the problem. The bed was extremely uncomfortable with springs poking into me all night. The pillow was so old they have lost all integrity and were just small valls of fluff in a cotton bag.
+ A localização é ótima, o lugar é agradável, tem estilo e bom preço. Porém a higiene do local é horrível.
- A minha cama, o quarto ,o banheiro, o lençol e a fronha do travesseiro estavam imundos. Não tinha toalha de banho quando cheguei no quarto e devido a péssima limpeza me recusei a pedir uma toalha com medo de que viesse suja também. Tenho fotos para confirmar tudo que estou escrevendo aqui. Sei muito bem que devido a rotatividade e quantidade de hóspedes fica difícil manter a limpeza, mas estava realmente horrível o local. Até detalhes de manutenção eu poderia criticar. Zelador e Faxineira são imprescindíveis, fica a dica.

- Wir haben ein teures Deluxe Zimmer mit Kingsize-Bett gebucht und ein dreckiges kleines Standardzimmer bekommen. Nachdem wir an der Rezeption das gebuchte Zimmer gefordert hatten, wurde uns erzählt, dass es diese Zimmerkategorie in dem Hotel Berlin Mitte gar nicht gibt. Die Fotos seien laut des Rezeptionisten aus Zimmern eines ganz anderen Hotels entstanden und man könne uns nicht das gebuchte Zimmer geben. Das Zimmer war zudem sehr dreckig und die Fenster waren beim abendlichen Check-In komplett geöffnet, sodass das Zimmer ausgekühlt war und wir die ganze Nacht gefroren hatten. Bei Check-Out versprach uns der Hotelmanager immerhin eine kleine finanzielle Entschädigung und meinte, das Geld sei schon überwiesen. Dies war leider eine Lüge, wir haben bis heute kein Geld bekommen. Leider nur Lügen und Betrug. Ich würde das Hotel nicht wieder buchen.

From my experience there are far better hostels in Berlin than here. Whilst the location is great and very central it lacks in every other aspect. Extremely weak water pressure. Would not recommend this place for any solo travellers, there seemed to be a lot of large groups whilst I was there (with there even being what seemed like a school trip, as I walked into the courtyard after dinner to see teachers and about 40 15 year olds).

Overall the room is good and the staff is nice, but it could be cleaner and the party on Saturday until 01:00am was a bit much for anyone who wanted to rest.
Ótimo hostel, os quartos e os banheiros são limpos. A equipe da recepção também é muito prestativa e o bar também é muito bom com excelentes drinks. As fotos representam perfeitamente o local.
Over het algemeen zeer tevreden over verblijf. De ligging precies bij de metrostation die je naar de grote bezienswaardigheden brengt. De kamer was wel aan de warme kant ondanks alle ramen open stonden. Daarnaast zat de kamer aan de binnenplaats waardoor je bij grote groepen buiten je wel enig geluid ervaarde.
Overall very satisfied with our stay. the location is right next to the metro station that brings you to the major sights. the room was on the warm side despite all the windows being open. besides the room was in the courtyard so you would experience some noise in large groups outside.

Really nice hostel, great location and comfortable bed. I didn’t realise there was no kitchen, only on-site food and drink but that was my fault for not reading through the facilities!
This is one of the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in. There was absolutely no atmosphere. During my stay, it was mostly teenagers, and there was zero hostel vibe. The staff weren’t particularly friendly, and there were no evening activities or events to create a good atmosphere or help people enjoy themselves. The location is good, but the rooms are extremely small. The storage system is both very noisy and impractical.

I stayed in the pods and it felt kinda grimey like they didn’t clean the inside of it just switched the sheets out. You’re only given a sheet to lay on top of the foam mat. It is not a memory foam mattress. It’s hot af in the pods even with the little air vents. There are no activities in the hostel it is more just a place to sleep. Was super expensive for what you get you might as well stay in a hotel.

I had a 5 night stay in a room for 6 people and every day there was rotation of people. I traveled alone and hoped to meet or share more with other people and that didn't happen in this hostel. I also met with many school groups. The room wasn't what I expected. Very dark room, smell of pee in the shower, hairs and gum stuck in the bed, and the light in my bed didn't work either. My two girlfriends and I were in this hostel 1.5 weeks ago and unfortunately this was the worst hostel stay we ever had, and we had been in hostels in countless places. we suffered eine sexuelle Belästigung bzw. Exhibitionismus, directly in our hostel room (winziger 4-bett gemischte Schlafsaal). all this happened on the first night, when the about 40-year-old white man gratified himself loudly for an hour in the knowledge that we were awake, loudly.

This hostel was in a great location. The room was spacious and the ensuite was large and thoughtfully designed.
I stayed in the individual pod area, the common areas were really gross, mainly the showers and bathrooms. Dirty towels and products everywhere. The toilets were always clogged or dirty. Outside the pod space people would just leave their dirty stuff everywhere. The pod itself was nice but other than that, gross.
Toilets in the POD dorm room were constantly blocked/unusable so had to keep using communal toilets down the corridor. Security poor. Only time you had to use your card to gain access, was for the POD bedroom, of which the door was frequently ajar. No security at entrance to the hostel or into stairwells. PODs are incredibly noisy. Be warned that you can hear everything above/side to side/below. I booked this for what I naively thought would be a quiet space.
Sehr schönes Hostel mit einem fairen Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis. Der Barkeeper Leo war sehr nett und lustig.
