- Hôtel très sale et bruyant ascenseur cassé tout le long du voyage descendre les valise était compliquée le sol jamais nettoyer elle laisser le sol crade on a dû leur dire pour quel le fasse , pas de shampoing mis quand il était vide ni de coton tige les serviettes sale le lit mal fait elle remettez les draps sale que je mettez exprès de côté pour quel comprenne qui faut les changer hôtel situer autour de grosse poubelle

- Жили в этом отеле на базе завтрака 2 дня. На завтрак очень скудный выбор, повсюду кошки, запрыгивают на стол, наглые. Персонал не обращает на это внимание. Мухи, антисанитария. Тех денег не стоит!

- Otroligt lyhört. Mannen i receptionen erbjöd ett annat rum men blev bara värre. Skulle stanna en vecka. Det blev istället en sömnlös natt, sedan checkade vi ut.

- The bathroom floods every time u have a shower it goes fills up to you ankle the full bathroom due to drains not working properly

+ Die Lage des Hotels war in Ordnung, da wir ohnehin mit Taxi oder zu Fuß unterwegs waren. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr groß. Man hatte wirklich viel Platz.

- Das Bett und die Polster sind leider extrem unbequem. Wir haben drei Nächte verbracht und ich habe schon vor der Abreise Nacken- und Rückenschmerzen bekommen. Leider gab es keine Erholung für mich in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer wird nur oberflächlich geputzt. Die sichtbaren Flächen und das Bad werden täglich gut gereinigt. Die Hand- und Badetücher wurden auch täglich getauscht. Zwischen Bett und Fenster wird aber gar nicht geputzt. Die Vorhänge sind sehr sehr staubig. Die Armaturen im Bad sind verkalkt. Ich finde das Hotel also nicht besonders sauber. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Man hört den Lift und die Gäste im Nachbarzimmer sprechen. Die Lage ist allerdings ruhig. Von außen kommt nicht viel Lärm. Das Frühstück war zwar inbegriffen. Wir haben aber nur ein mal im Hotel gefrühstückt. Im Restaurant laufen überall, sogar auf den Tischen der Gäste, Straßenkatzen herum. Mit starker Katzenallergie war es mir unmöglich dort zu frühstücken. Der Pool ist klein und liegt direkt neben der Straße bzw. dem Hoteleingang. Es gibt keinen Sichtschutz.

- Passé une nuit avant de repartir d'Antalya. Cet hôtel semble être populaire auprès de tours opérateurs du UK. Chambre petite, odeurs de cigarettes (mais propre), mauvaise insonorisation, petit déjeuner pas bon. personnel à la réception sympathique. Bien que le prix ne soit pas trop cher, j'ai trouvé trop cher pour ce qu'il offre et il y a mieux. Je n'y retournerai pas.

+ Exceptional and extremely friendly staff, nothing is too much and they go above and beyond. Lovely and immaculate hotel, breakfast good.

+ The staff at the Espina Hotel are the best I have ever encountered in all my years of travelling. The reception staff are exceptional and deliver personal attention at all times, nothing is too much trouble. How often does a member of staff call someone by their first name? I have never encountered this before and to me that goes above and beyond delivering a good service - this is exceptional service. The rooms are really well maintained, the bed linen and towels are changed daily and housekeeping provide a great service. This is the first time in a hotel that water has been left in the fridge daily - this is really appreciated and again is another example of exceptional service. Breakfast is substantial and presented well, the staff are so helpful. I really have enjoyed my stay here, especially having a room with a sea view, and I will recommend the Espina Hotel to my family and friends.

+ Clean modern room with sea view, excellent front of house staff, lovely breakfast. Good location sea front and restaurants.

+ Das Hotel hat eine super Lage. Bei etwas Glück bekommt man sogar ein Zimmer mit direktem Meerblick vom Balkon aus.

- Das Frühstück könnte allerdings besser sein. Das Hotel besteht aus zwei Bereichen: Ein Teil beherbergt die Rezeption, die Bar und das Restaurant, während sich im anderen Teil nur die Zimmer befinden. Besonders am unteren Eingang ist das Tor oft geschlossen, sodass man klingeln muss, um hineinzukommen. Wenn niemand an der Rezeption ist, kann es eine Weile dauern, bis jemand öffnet, das ist manchmal etwas nervig. Swimmingpool ist sehr klein.

- В 8-30 начали громко разговаривать и чем-то стучать горничные. Мы были с дороги, не успели выспаться

- Das Frühstück hatte nicht viel Auswahl. Das Essen war nicht frisch

+ Останавливались на пару дней в отделе и были приятно удивлены! Комната просторная со всеми удобствами, по уборке есть моменты, но это мелочи. Особое спасибо персоналу, очень высокая клиентоориентированность, помогли с такси, чемоданом. Рекомендую!

- По уборке номера некие моменты, но впечатления не испортило
