- Als ich mein Zimmer betrat, kam mir ein dermaßen, penetranter Geruch entgegen, als wäre ich in die Parfümabteilung eines Douglas' gelaufen. Das hat mir Kopfschmerzen und Übelkeit bereitet. Die Klobrille war außerdem dreckig, was wirklich ein absolutes No-Go ist und als i-Tüpfelchen on Top des Ganzen hat der Fernseher nicht funktioniert. Warmes Wasser ist auch mal ausgefallen, wobei das angeblich am Bezirk lag. Hat trotzdem nicht geholfen. Ich habe 3 Nächte dort übernachtet, musste mit offenen Türen schlafen und der Gestank verschwand über meinen gesamten Aufenthalt nicht. Für 130€ die Nacht war das eine der schlechtesten Hotels, die ich seit langem besucht habe. Nach meiner Beschwerde wurde mir als Entschädigung ein Kaffee o.Ä. angeboten. Definitiv kein recommend.

- Ordered 2 double beds, got 2 bunk beds. Room heavy with a perfume smell from the toilet, burning one's throat. Not even the cheapest kettle available. Curtain on the window only half sized. It was a miserable night with 2 babies.

- we have a very bad experience because there was NO ventilation. we couldnt sleep bacause it was unacceptable HOT. The receptionist said when we tjeck out SORRY we forgot to give you a ventilator with up to the room. This id NOT OKAY!

+ Really good location and very clean. Nice bars a bit further. For a weekend stay when you just visit and have a lot of outdoor activities it's perfect!
- The beds in the twin room are really small, almost kids size.

- Zwei Nächte Aufenthalt gebucht, Umzug in neues Zimmer nach erster Nacht; Lärm der Zimmernachbarn, Zimmer sehr hellhörig; Höherer Preis als in Booking angezeigt, abgebucht (Differenz erst nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage zurückbekommen); Gebuchter Late-Check Out wurde vergessen und Zimmerkarten gesperrt; Zimmer nicht sauber (sehr staubig, Haare in Betten und Bad)
+ Todo el personal super amable, muchos hablaban español, pero especialmente atentos, divertidos y encantadores: Anna, Robi y María que estaban pendientes de todo.El hotel muy céntrico, con bar 24 horas y mucho ambiente joven.

+ Przesympatyczna obsługa ,pomocna i profesjonalna ,czystość pokoju 11/10 ,pokój jest mały ,ale niczego nie parkuje ,łóżka wygodne ,pościel pięknie pachniała . Dostępna winda ,kuchnia ,pralka ,przechowalnia bagażu ,blisko Alexanderplatz , metro pod nosem ,blisko market Rewe i jeden z najlepszych kebabów w Berlinie ! Rüyam Gemüse Kebab . Wrócimy 🩷

I had a very positive experience here, the dorm and the bathroom were clean, nice social atmosphere but silent in the night (the room was also well isolated). The receptionists were very friendly too. The only side note is that it's a little far from Alexanderplaz (25 min walk), but the bus stop is close.

+ Отличное расположение, рядом станция метро, остановка трамвая в 7 минутах ходьбы. Замечательный персонал! Большая благодарность за возможность оставить багаж в день выселения!
- Завтрак мог бы быть поразнообразнее, не хватало в меню вареных яиц.
+ Gute Lage. Einrichtung ist modern und solide, es gibt eine Küche im Keller und man darf seine mitgebrachten Gerichte im Speisesaal essen.
- Ich finde es ein wenig zu teuer für die Größe der Zimmer.
