- Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Hostel nicht angetreten, da ich ein extrem dreckiges Zimmer vorgefunden habe die „frisch gewaschene“ Bettdecke als auch die Handtücher waren verschmutzt (siehe bilder) Das Zimmer war ebenfalls verschmutzt, Türen waren kaputt usw.

+ Astăzi ma dat afara cu bagajul am plătit cu telefonul la 7.30 dimineața după 23 02 2026 pina pe data de 02.03 2026 și la recepție mia spus ca sint de 7 săptămâni aici și numai am voie sa mai prelungesc încă o săptămână după 3 ore de rugăminți și explicații ca am plătit am număr de confirmare totul e ok a zis ca ma lasă pina pa data de 2 martie ...dar să numai vin aici ca am stat 7 săptămâni și e mult .....a vrut sa cheme politia ca nu vroiam sa plec de aici banii nu putea sa mii dea înapoi a stat cu bagaju afara 3 ore degeaba și era sa ma ia și politia de ce ca am plătit am nr de confirmare a plății un personal foarte rasist a văzut ca sint român și......a zis să numai vin aici
- Personalu de la recepție e un dezastru ma dat afara cu bagajul și mia spus ca sint de 7 săptămâni consecutiv aici și numai pot sa stau aici iam spus ca am plătit am nr de confirmare și degeaba am stat 3 ore afara în ploaie am dat telefon sa vina un translator și ce sa va spun cum vede ca ești român te gonește e un dezastru ....dar ce am făcut rău am plătit și vreau sa stau a 8 săptămâna mia zis la recepție ca după 2 martie sa numai vin niciodată aici ...de ce ? - No lockers in the rooms, even though I saw lockers on pictures. A room with 6 strangers and no lockers in the room. There are other hostels in Berlin with the same price or cheaper. Disappointing and highly inconvenient, had to change a lot of my plans.

- Someone would not stop banging on by bunk at our e in the morning idk what was going on there needs to be ear plugs and conversations about respect i was so scared I left after one night

- Dusche läuft nicht ab. Zimmer wurde nicht zwischengereinigt, Toilette verdreckt und verkalkt. Sehr laut durch Straßenbahn und Jugendliche im gleichen Gang
- Schmutzig zimmer eklige wände viel gu teuer für diese schlechte zustand der zimmer

Es war dreckig und das Bad hat stark gestunken. Weder wurde der Mülleimer geleert noch hat der Föhn funktioniert. Der Service war sehr schlecht, wir mussten eine Stunde auf die Bettwäsche warten. Es war sehr heiß und man konnte nicht lüften. Und dementsprechend auch nicht schlafen. Insbesondere mit Hausstauballergie war es kaum auszuhalten.
It was dirty and the bathroom smelled bad. Neither the Mülleimer was frozen nor did the Föhn work. The service was very bad, we had to wait an hour for the bed linen. It was very hot and you couldn't breathe. And consequently you couldn't sleep either. Especially with house dust allergy it was hard to bear.
Didn’t have the best experience while in Berlin. I was spiked a nearby bar and had to make my way back to the hostel. The staff were incredible in that situation. Angelica was working in reception that night and she was really great with helping to get an ambulance sorted out for me to get me to the hospital. I didn’t get the names of the security guards, but they were incredible as well. The hostel itself was okay, people in my room not so much. I’d say it’s good for a night or two, but...

Riesen hostel, schön sauber und gute lage is located in the heart of the city.
I had an awesome stay here! Private room for 9 days, this was a great place to have as a home base! Staff were great and the hostel was always busy and active with lots of people. Very convenient location - very easy walk from Berlin Ostkreuz train station. Busy neighborhood with food and bars. It was easy to wash and dry clothes at the hostel laundry too, which was a huge plus!
Overall good. Clean. In a good location nearby many restaurants and bars full of nightlife and an awesome Staff. The stairs of the top bunk beds in the mixed dorms are awful. Good reception storage lockers, the big one for €6 it’s extremely big and great for sharing. Some privacy curtains in the beds and somewhere to leave the luggage (locker type) in the room would be really helpful.
- die Location ist ganz okay kann man sich nicht beschweren - sozial auch eher nicht aber für Familien top - Sauberkeit absolut nicht man musste erstmal selber das Bett überziehen und das Bettzeug konnte man auch nicht ganz überziehen

+ Muy barato en comparación con el resto y estaba muy limpio
- El personal era un poco borde, no nos dieron muchas toallas
+ Das Zimmer war sauber, hell alles was man braucht, Föhn und Handtücher und Seife/ Duschgel vorhanden, es war sehr ruhig dafür daß es direkt auf dem Kiez Gelegen ist, gerne bald wieder
