Golden Ratio

I'm an easy going person but I'm writing this review because even for me it's hard to give this place more than 2 stars. The positives: - close to Roma Termini - close to lots of small, tasty restaurants - friendly staff The negatives: - Pictures are deceiving - location is incorrect - not at all what was expected when booking - bed bugs Got in late but the staff found me walking around and brought me to the correct building. My bedding was pretty nasty (stains, marks, musty smell), but the bed was comfortable. Next day found 2 bed bugs, notified the staff, told them to check the bed, clean the sheets and move me to a different room/bed. Be sure to check the beds/bedding before setting your stuff down and settling in.
