+ The worst experience we had is that we found a cockroach leg in our salad, and all we received was we are sorry. Also, you should know that it is a vegan hostal which it doesn’t say in the ad, so no meat. The place itself is clean, we were I. A Rivard room but we received many bug bites even with the netting over the bed. The pillows are so uncomfortable they are too small, the pictures on the website don’t match, you are going to be very disappointed from the entrance , it is a very crowded place
Wij zijn vroegtijdig weggegaan. Onze doen had geen deur maar alleen een gordijn en was vrij krap. Er waren maar twee douches en wc’s voor het hele hostel waar ook een aardige geur vanaf kwam. Voor ons veel te basic en te zweverig
We left early. eleven do had no door but only a curtain and was quite cramped. there were only two showers and toilets in front of the whole hostel from where a pleasant smell also came. for us much too basic and charming.

Didn’t suit us. Rules are so stringent, it felt like school. At 21:30, they come round and ask everyone to start preparing for bed as they turn the lights off at 10 and enforce silent hours (not quiet hours like advertised). You have to leave shoes outside which then got SOAKED - I moved mine into the sun which they moved without asking me. Everything felt damp too, including the beds. Overall, we felt quite judged and we actually got told off for brushing our teeth at 10:05.
Strict rules and no atmosphere. Dinner was cold and breakfast was not great. Only 2 bathrooms for the whole house. Nice view from the terrace with many birds.
+ De locatie is prachtig
- De sfeer is erg zweverig en paste niet bij ons. Daarnaast lag het te ver uit het centrum. We zijn eerder weg gegaan.
+ Het uitzicht was prachtig, het ontbijt was heerlijk. Fijne plek om yoga te beoefenen en fijn dat zij yoga matjes hebben. Eva is heel gastvrij en vriendelijk!
- Tijdens ons verblijf waren er bouwwerkzaamheden, waardoor we op onze “chilldag” in de rumoer zaten. We hadden deze locatie uitgekozen voor de rust. We begrijpen dat het moet gebeuren, maar had fijn geweest als dit bij de boeking vermeld zou zijn.

- Chambre près de la cuisine pas très pratique, pas trop d’intimité Logement un peu loin du centre ville de Jardin
+ La vue sur la terrasse est incroyable et le petit déjeuner était fou
- Prix du dortoir trop cher vue sur la route.
+ Good location. Breakfast on the deck overlooking the valley. Waking distance to a waterfall where you can abseil. Dinner en familie was tasty and all sourced from the garden. Loved the homemade kombucha. Is somewhere you might want to spent multiple nights to get the full experience but is not practical for heading into town at night Filtered water available
- We had no mosquito bet but every other room did. Not sure why. Didn’t get many bites though. Shower is outdoors and so is chilly once out of the water. Strict house rules such as no shoes inside but yet the floor is not very clean. No alcohol available despite being told we could buy it there. Power kept cutting out at night while the washing machine was on.

+ It is a unique nature paradise surrounded by mountains and a valley with a river that is a delight to observe - birds, trees, flowers, fruit trees.
- A bit far from the village centre but that was not a big problem.
One of the best hostels I’ve stayed in in Latin America! And the breakfast is immaculate!! It’s located in the beautiful mountains a little 40 mins walk from the city but from there you can easily visit the waterfalls around. The facilities are basic but clean. Since the breakfast is so amazing, everyone gathers in the balcony for at least 2 hours, talks, eats and starts the day in a very calm way.
Super hostel pour une pause ressourcante au coeur de la nature. Le petit dej est excellent. Pour le prix je m’attendais à ce que ce soit plus propre et à savoir il n’y a pas d’éviers / salle de bain à proprement parler
Super hostel for a refreshing break in the heart of nature. the breakfast is excellent. for the price I expected it to be cleaner and to know there are no showers / bathroom properly speaking

I would recommend to stay a minimum of two nights to really enjoy this beautiful place. The view is stunning and the breakfast great. There are some hiking very close et the village is easily accessible. It has be a pleasure to take a rest here.
What a place! If you don’t stay here during your trip to Jardin you are doing something wrong. The location is amazing with stunning views, easy access to the popular hikes and waterfalls. The staff are amazing, so friendly and accommodating and willing to open up to you. The included breakfast is amazing, it’s basically 2 breakfasts in one so you’ll never go hungry and might not even need lunch. The dinner as well was amazing and very cheap for what you get. Would 100% stay again!

Magnifique auberge située à l’écart de la ville. La vue depuis la terrasse sur les montagnes est superbe. La déconnexion est totale dans cet endroit qui se fond parfaitement dans le paysage. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et excellent. La propriétaire m’a également donné de précieux conseils pour visiter les alentours.
The view from the terrace over the mountains is superb. the disconnection is total in this place which blends perfectly into the landscape. the breakfast is copious and excellent. the owner also gave valuable tips for visiting the surroundings.
Ein Stückchen Himmel auf Erden! Die schönste Aussicht, das beste Frühstück und eine Atmosphäre zum Wohlfühlen. Ich wollte bewusst etwas außerhalb sein und hab es geliebt, würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

The location and mostly the view of the hostel was really amazing! The staff kind and the breakfast amazing! Would definitely recommend although it's not the most social place!
Staying here is good for your soul. From the tranquil atmosphere to the unbelievable homemade breakfast each morning, Creo Ecolodge and it's phenomenal host Eva will make you feel welcome, comfortable, and right at home. My bed was perfectly comfortable and I slept extremely well. The kitchen is simple but has everything you need. The upstairs shower is literally the best in the world. Eva, thank you so much again for everything. The only problem I had here was that I couldn't stay longer.
I loved this place, very hippy vibes. The breakfast is amazing and filled me up for the whole day. The staff are lovely and Ewa who runs the place is a beautiful soul and is happy to share her spiritual knowledge with you. The views are amazing and you can see lots of beautiful birds and fire flies at night!

Best hostel of all my Colombia Trip (I’ve been in Colombia for two months). Amazing activities (We did a women circle), nice waterfall around, bed clean. Breakfast and view amazing. Hot shower. Easy to go to the center, the way is beautiful.
