+ Good location, friendly people there and some english is spoken. Rented a motorbike from them - was nice, brand new (850km done), with no problem renting and returning after 5 days. They provide garage for parking. BUT - this place rather than hostel is "Ha Giang loop tour factory". Rooms ware spacious, bunk bed has courtain for some privacy, night light and electric socket, some locker available. Towel also. Wifi OK
- BUT - this place rather than hostel is "Ha Giang loop tour factory". I came here mostly for renting a bike and spending a couple of nights (I had lots of time). I were in 8 bed dorm. The thing is, people are coming and leaving all the time, everyday ..They come for example at 2am at night (with some night bus) so if you stay there as a normal guest, the room gets full at 2am, of course they wake you up. They got some sleap, at 9 they are gone for that Ha Giang tour. Everyday they were so many people for tours (I spent there few night in total..before my motorbike experience and after). From what I have seen, the do not change bed clothes..nothing. So you came at night, get into the be where many people slept before you on the same pillow etc. Wich is not nice. Bathrooms were quite clean. So if you are looking for a quiet place - this is no go.

- Das Badezimmer u die Toilette waren nicht sauber, bei beiden Übernachtungen.

+ Hostel : The dorm was big and comfy. They provide towel which is nice. It's a good value for money. Motorbike : We choose this place for their motorbike and we can only recommend to go with them - Motorbike are new and very well maintained - We took the insurance and had 2 small problems (not their fault, one flat tire and we broke one mirror) and it was perfect without any complexity. They also answered really fast on WhatsApp - They provide protections for knees and arms
- Hostel : I think it could be more clean Motorbike : Nothing it was perfect
+ Établissement parfait pour faire une étape à Ha Giang. Check-in 24/24, chambre spacieuse, confortable et climatisée. J’ai même été seul dans le dortoir la deuxième nuit. Service de machine efficace.
- Propreté pas impeccable dans les salles de bain.
+ They let us check in at 4am off the night bus and also let us leave our big backpacks in safe storage while we did the Ha Giang Loop
+ The Ha Giang Loop with Bibis was absolutely incredible, definitely the best company to go with!!! Our guide was Hu who is the best guide ever and so kind and caring and my driver was Zin who is the best driver ever and also so kind and caring. The tour was perfect and nothing could’ve made it more perfect

+ Amazing experience with the addition of the Ha giant loop I did with them was simply unique and unforgettable. Confortable, hot water, clean and staff is really helpful and friendly.
- No proper bed sheet so I had a little cold during the night but was fine for the rest of the stay on the loop.

+ New Bikes and Cool and clean room with big beds
- A little more expensive than others when renting a bike, but therefore you get new bikes because they obered recently.

+ Giường dorm rộng thoải mái, sạch sẽ có bao gồm ăn sáng. Anh chủ rất nhiệt tình, mọi thứ cứ ổn.
- Mình check in muộn 21 giờ đêm không có khăn tắm, nhà vệ sinh chung không được sạch sẽ và không có giấy vệ sinh. Vì muộn nên mình ngại hỏi, với mình nó không phải là vấn đề.
