Strawberry Ha Giang Loop, Tours & Motorbike Rental

+ Je n ai pas du tout apprécié que la propriétaire me vende un tour the ha giang loop en voiture plus cher que mes camarades de tour. De plus le chauffeur a éliminé des étapes tres intetessantes du tour et n a pas suivi le programme !!!

+ Nice staff, let us check in very late

- Room was incredibly dirty! 100% didn’t clean the bathroom from the previous guest as there was garbage still in the bins, dirty wet towels hanging still, while bathroom wet and dirty sink mirror etc! Wouldn’t even take a shower I was that grossed out The sheets were changed however stains and holes in them! A very hard bed but we are used to that! Could be such a great place if it were clean

+ La disponibilità mostrata dallo staff nel cercare di trovare una soluzione a diverse cose che non andavano.

- La scarsa pulizia sia della stanza che, soprattutto,del bagno. La finestra della nostra stanza (l' ultima che ci hanno assegnato a causa di diversi errori) dava sul corridoio. La stanza è un po' fredda per l'inverno perché dotata solo di aria condizionata. Mancanza del phon nelle diverse stanze.

+ Staff were very friendly, had a nice massage in the hotel

- The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was rock hard. No exaggeration it was harder than a tiled floor

+ Het personeel is super lief en denkt super fijn met je mee! Wij moesten vroeg weg en we kregen alsnog een ontbijt. Heel fijn!!

- De douche werkte niet. De badkamer vloer liep helemaal vol met water door de airco. Het bed is hard.

+ Bardzo miły i pomocny personel - wspaniali ludzie, którzy nie mieli problemu z naszym późnym zameldowaniem, a rano przygotowali nam śniadanko zgodne z naszymi preferencjami. Nowocześnie urządzony pokój i płyny do mycia w stylowych pojemniczkach. Obiekt posiada fajne balkony i tarasy, z których rozpościera się piękny widok.

- Niestety pokój był nieco brudny. Drobne śmieci i kurz oraz pościel - mimo, że wyprana - ze starą, zaschniętą plamą sprawiły, że sen nie był do końca komfortowy. Okno w pokoju wychodziło na korytarz. Nie przeszkadzało mi to, ale daję znać, że na wyższe piętra budynku prowadzą strome schody, co może być problematyczne dla ludzi z dużym bagażem. Mimo to obsługa jest bardzo pomocna i na pewno pomoże przy wniesieniu ❤️

+ - behulpzaam personeel - inchecken om 22:00 uur was geen probleem - ontbijt werd op de kamer gebracht

- - de kamer leek niet gepoetst. Vieze vlekken op de toiletbril, haren op de vloer en een dode kakkerlak midden in het pad van onze kamer. - let op dat je zelf om ontbijt vraagt als je dit wil.

+ Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

- The toiletries weren’t that clean (the mugs and soap dispenser) mostly chalky, which is okay. And the included breakfast was either a bread or instant noodles. BUT they gave me some fruit which was very lovely!

+ The room looks new and was nice. The host is very nice.

- The shower in our room stoped working, luckly we could use the shower next room. There was a window in the room but is was completely coverd with film. The pillow was to soft for my liking.

+ The little girl on reception was so sweet. Our room was great. Location was good.

+ L’extrême gentillesse de notre hôte pour résoudre un problème de réservation de bus. Il a tout résolu en un rien de temps encore merci à lui.

+ Nous avons eu des problèmes de réservation de bus,et le propriétaire a tout résolu absolument parfaitement àvec une extrême gentillesse. Nous le remercions infiniment.

- Nước vẫn còn khá yếu Bàn ban công sau phòng không sạch, khá bụi

+ Grande chambre très lumineuse grâce aux 2 fenêtres donnant sur la verdure. Conforme aux photos. Propre. Les 2 réceptionnistes étaient super agréables et nous ont bien aidé pour notre bus.

- Un petit peu excentré mais à 10-15min du fleuve et de quelques resto

+ El personal fue muy amable, cometimos un error a la hora de reservar y nos lo solucionaron sin ningún problema y estuvieron pendientes todo el rato.

+ Reception staff were very helpful organising taxis and a laundry service for me, room was clean value for money. I left my watch in the room after leaving and they have posted it to my next destination the same afternoon.

+ My Brother stayed in the property 6 months ago, he was very happy

+ L'albergo era in un posto tranquillo. Abbiamo preso la camera con vista all'ultimo piano e ci è piaciuta molto. Le ragazze sono state fantastiche, ci hanno aiutato in tutto. Ci hanno anche prenotato un ottimo bus all'ultimo minuto e portato alla fermata. Siamo stati una notte prima di fare il loop e siamo tornati una notte alla fine. Durante il loop ci hanno tenuto i bagagli e ci hanno fatto trovare i vestiti lavati al ritorno. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo
