N.A Hostel and Private Room

Its very cheap but there’s next to no atmosphere - only rooms and a small entrance “social” bit. Its also really hard to find because not on google. It was clean enough but bins in bathroom weren’t emptied in 3 days, sink was dirty and i’m not sure they change the sheets between people. AC was good and they give you a towel. Also the owner was sometimes difficult to find.

I stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed it, beds are comfortable. Unfortunately I returned 2 weeks later for a further 5 nights. During my 2nd stay, 2 nights in I extended my stay by 2 nights, the woman I spoke with did not write this down or update her records as I was then asked if I was checking out after 5 nights, and told I couldn't stay 2 more nights as they'd be full the following night. The bin for the toilet paper in the bathroom was not emptied once, the shower drain blocked too.

The hostel is in a good location tucked back in off the main road so it's quiet and still walkable to everything. The rooms are nice and clean, comfortable beds and good A/C. The host will help with scooters, tours or transfers. I stayed over 2.5 weeks in their private room and I'll be back when I'm in Kuta.

The family that runs the hostel is incredible—kind, respectful, and always willing to help in any situation. They arranged transportation, activities, and always got me the best price.

Would highly recommend if you want a comfortable and homely stay. Staff are so nice, with the owner helping me organise an entire trip from Kuta to Denpasar with no hassle. Would be nice if more tissue paper and soap was supplied, and my corner top bunk was quite warm, but I'm being nit picky! Recommended!

Great hostel, perfect location and most of all the best owners. They are so nice and speak great English. Definitely recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Kuta!!

I loved my stay at Al-Q. It felt like a second home to me, I felt very welcomed and taken care of. The beds are comfortable with great AC and showers!! I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Loved this hostel! Great location and the owners are super kind and helpful. It’s a small hostel so it isn’t pretty known, great if you want chill vibes but still be in center, etc

Das Hostel wird von einer super netten Familie betrieben, die alles dafür gibt, dass man eine gute Zeit hat. Man kann sich Scooter leihen, Ausflüge mit dem Host planen, Wäsche waschen und alles für einen sehr fairen Preis. Es liegt sehr zentral in eine kleinen Nebenstraße, wodurch es nicht so laut in den Zimmern ist. Es ist alles sauber und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Danke für die schöne Zeit!
