+ The staff really tried their best, some were just overworked or not experienced enough though.
- The room was a bit smelly, had a very small window facing a wall and I could hear the loud music until midnight.
Bon hostel mais je le trouve très surcôté par rapport aux notations sur le site. Sincèrement ça fait l'affaire pour quelques jours mais j'avoue que je m'attendais à mieux. Les espaces communs sont compliqués pour faire des rencontres et il n'y a pas d'activités proposées pour sociabiliser.
Good hostel but i find it very overpriced compared to the ratings on the site. sincerely it suits for a few days but i admit i expected better. the common areas are complicated to meet and there are no activities proposed to socialize.
+ Està molt bé el fet que tingui piscina, però l’esmorzar és car i poc gustós. De fet, surt més a compte sortir de l’hotel, on ofereixen gastronomia local a preus més econòmics.
- La piscina és petita i no hi ha ningú que en controli l’accés. Molts cops no t’hi pots capbussar perquè els nens l’aclaparen. A més, alguns hostes no compleixen les normes de comportament i molesten bastant a la resta quan intenten descansar.

- sehr laut, dumme touristen die im gang sehr laut telefonieren, türen die sehr laut zugeschleudert werden die ganze nacht durch. baustelle auch sehr laut von 5am -10pm stellt euch darauf ein dass ich keinen schlaf bekommt!

- Thiếu đồ vệ sinh cá nhân như bàn trải đánh răng và dép đi trong phòng. Điều hoà không tự chỉnh nhiệt độ được. Sau khi check out k chủ động trả lại thẻ cccd cho khách.

- 2 douches pour tout un étage c’est limite L’agencement des dortoirs est mal fait ce qui fait que ça fait beaucoup de bruit Booking devrait mettre à jour les conditions de paiement : only cash !!!

I loved this hostel, the showers and rooms were clean and organisedand the place has a great atmosphere. the pool is very nice aswell. the staff are the nicest most accomodating people, when i left something behind there and only realised once I was in hanoi they able to find it and send it to me on the same day at no extra cost. would definitely reccomend staying here.
Wonderful hostel ! Great location, you can reach the center by foot. Rooms are modern, clean and super comfy !! We had an amazing sleep here. The bar is also great to meet people with the happy hour. Staff is very helpful and possibility to rent a motorbike to tour the island. Would recommend 100% !
Une hébergement parfait pour un séjour à Cat Ba, l’emplacement est très central, proche des plages des Mart et des restaurants, le personnel est extrêmement gentil et aidant, les dortoirs et salles de bains sont très propres et nettoyés régulièrement. Les lits sont très spacieux avec beaucoup d’espace de rangements avec cadenas pour les affaires. Une des meilleurs hostel que j’ai pu tester pendant tout mon séjour au VietNam, je recommande à 100%
A perfect accommodation for a stay in Cat Ba, the location is very central, close to the beaches of Les Mart and restaurants, the staff is extremely kind and helpful, the dormitories and bathrooms are very clean and cleaned regularly. the beds are very spacious with lots of storage space with locks for business. one of the best hostels I was able to test during my entire stay in Vietnam, I recommend 100%

Really nice hostel with a comfy and clean bed. Nice and clean bathrooms. Didn’t have too much of a social atmosphere, but I didn’t mind.
Great clean hostel, comfy beds, good AC, lovely staff, and great location walking distance from the town. Great value for money!

Staff was super friendly. Whole atmosphere wasn‘t super social. Facilities were quite dirty. Bed was super clean & comfortable.
+ Had single room. Sunny, spacious and clean.
- Nothing too much. As mentioned by previous reviewer there is quite a backup sewage smell when running water. But this is not a deal breaker as it is not all the time. It is good value for the money. Only thing I would suggest is adding a kettle in the room as there is a little fridge. Had milk but could not make my tea!

+ Good location, great restaurant and (finally) a soft matras
- Everything was fine! Maybe the shower is far to close by the part to put your cloths
Everything was perfect except for the poor design of the shower, it's so small and you only have a tiny space to hang your clothes which get wet easily. Also, it's not very social. Other than that it’s literally perfect highly recommend
