+ Absolutamente nada. No había personal de recepción, nunca contestaron mis mensajes, llegamos y había una familia de chinos ocupando nuestras habitaciones.

- Nada, había manchas de sangre en los futones, no había personal, nunca contestaron los mensajes, es el peor hotel que he reservado en la vida. Luego de incluso tener que llamar a la policía tuvimos que dormir en el suelo de la sala del hotel y cubrirnos con nuestra ropa, pasamos demasiado frío y solamente queríamos que terminara la noche para largarnos de ahí. El hospedaje canceló la reserva a las 11:50 pm y se lavaron las manos. Jamás contestaron mis mensajes ni pidieron disculpas. Este sitio es un asco, no reserven.

+ 予約したのに空き部屋がなく、別のホテルに移動せざるを得なかった。

- ダブルブッキングの上に、オーナー不在で、大変無責任と思いました。泊まれなかったので、返金を依頼します。

+ 個室は十分な広さ、テレビがある。

- オーナー不在、中国の方が経営と判る。 問い合わせメールはAI翻訳して返信されるので時間がかかる。 夜到着だと建物が解りにくい、駐車場は誰か判る方と一緒に行かないと全く不明。

+ 日本人経営ではないので、海外のゲストハウスに来たという認識でいて下さい。良かったのは部屋の広さと設備です。洗濯乾燥機付きで自由に使っていいところは雨の日に2泊したので助かりました。富山駅から一駅でこの値段なので十分です。

- 事前に到着日時を知らせていて、到着１時間前にもメッセージしたのに不在→指定された部屋に別のカップルがいる→連絡も取れない　という流れでした。海外の方ですし、お詫びもあったので十分です。 Wifiパスワードが分かりにくく、別の部屋の方も困ってました。

+ It was close to the station.

- There weren’t any clear information about where was the bathroom, the showers, the rooms so it was a bit confusing. The room itself was very cold I had to guess how to use the air conditioner.

+ 無料の駐車場があった。 洗濯乾燥機があった。 ベッドは十分快適に寝れた。

- スタッフがいない時間帯があり その時間に来た お客さんはどうしたらいいか困っていた。 部屋にバスタオルがあったが2枚とも湿っていて、とても使えない。

+ The owner is really nice person, he help me plan my train trip to my next city, the place is a little far but only one station away from centran station and 2 minutes walking from the train station.

- The only thing I can say, it is that there is no open restaurants closed by at the nigth, you have to walk like 17 minuts to find one.

- There was only one washroom for all the guests. Hot water was not coming

+ The owner helped us call using their phone for another mishap from another property. Everyone there is so nice and very friendly and facilities are really good for the price 10/10 would recommend

- 強いて言うなら部屋の鍵の開け閉めが難しかったです（私の扱い方が下手なだけかもしれません）
