+ It was in a Centre location so good choice

- I have had several bookings through booking website in recent days.. You can verify the same at your end with my registration details. However while booking the particular hotel my website was down and just getting processing without any progress hence I had to redo the booking process and only upon reching the hotel I got to know that there were 2 bookings under my name. Hence I have explained the issue showing my emails booking but thr staff was not able to understand it and I was charged twice for no reason.. And the staffs were evidenced thst I had stayed on only 1 room.. Very disappointed with this kind of things where it was not my problem.

+ В моём номере висел плакат с героями Сумерок. Это его единственное достоинство. А, ну ещё каждый день к двери ставили бутылочки воды.

- Не было WiFi в номере, хотя он был указан в списке услуг. Подключится можно было только у ресепшену, но там нет зону для работы с ноутбуком и я не смогла посмотреть Гарри Поттера в Новый год. В номере не было фена и чайника. А туалетную бумагу мне дали только после того, как я попросила. За 5 дней проживания номер не убирали.

+ The room is spacious and the area is quiet

- It’s a far walk from everything. The place is super noisy at night. The walls are paper thin and people slam their doors non-stop all night long. It’s impossible to get sleep there. Also, there’s NO WiFi. As in none! They pretend there’s a network you can connect to and they even put it on your card. but, it doesn’t exist. They know it doesn’t exist and still let you walk all the way downstairs to tell you there’s an open network to connect to. But, when you go upstairs to connect it doesn’t work. So, you have to do that stupid dance that you do in Thailand where they don’t like to tell you what’s going and you have to decipher and uncover the mystery. It’s super irritating and this place just doesn’t merit that much baloney.

+ Good place and good value. I chose this near my apartment of my personal matter.They have parking.

+ Большой номер, хорошая кровать, заселили. Номер - тупо переночевать. Там шкаф и кровать, еще телик. За их цену - вполне хороший выбор.

- Нельзя курить на балконе.

- Sometimes I have to remind clean my room , they don’t have tag that I can put outside room and request clean my room.

+ Fantastic service. Very friendly staff. We had a lovely stay. Good location. I left my coat in my room staff were very helpful in sending it to me. Fantastic service!

+ The hotel has a great pool and a fantastic gym, which was not used much so I didn't have to wait for machines.

- Bar / restaurant staff were not very attentive.
