Very disappointing stay. The room was moldy, and even after changing rooms, the conditions were still bad. Way too expensive for what it offers. Staff tried to overcharge for tours and were unhelpful when I needed assistance. I’ve had much better experiences elsewhere. Wouldn’t stay here again.

We booked a private room which was nice and spacious. Airconditioning worked fine and bathroom was also good. Service was okay nothing special. However one day after checking out i got an email from them that we used $10 worth of stuff from the minibar. We took one bottle of water, which we paid when checking out. When i called them out on this and requested a list of stuff we had "used" i was ignored. Really weird experience. After leaving a review on google maps they emailed me again claiming

Air conditioning did not function, had issues that required repairs. Unit itself was full of dust, maintenance not likely performed. If functioning, it would take 3+ hours for room to drop below 30 degrees C. Room had ants everywhere. Still finding ants in my belongings. Hostel rate for laundry was exorbitant, $10 USD per kg. Do not recommend.

La chambre en photo sur notre réservation est clairement pas celle que nous avons eu. à l'arrivée pas de balcon juste une étroite fenêtre. manque d'honnêteté de la part du propriétaire

I don’t normally like to write bad reviews but I feel people should be aware that this hotel is not as the images suggest. Our room was significantly smaller and a lot more worn out than any of the pictures provided. It also had a damp smell, faulty door, a broken AC, stained bedsheets and most upsettingly covered with small bugs around the bathroom, kettle and bed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and feel the price really does not reflect the quality of the hotel.

I’d give it a miss. Bathroom has black mould and was dirrrrrty. More of a hotel trying to be a hostel cramming in bunk beds to one room you couldn’t swing a cat in. Staff were lovely but it just didn’t make up for the dirty blood stained, mud stained hair covered sheets and stinky bathroom.

Please think twice before you book private rooms in this property.We got OVERCHARGE!Booked 1 room for 2 nights for $44(US) and extra one night for $40 (US)and $20 (US)for laundry .I was surprise when my credit card bill went up to $220(CAD)+$18CAD) deposit.So basically paid $218 for 3 nights(almost $72 CAD per night).It’s NOT worth $72 as the property is in bad condition and you can smell like mold and it is pretty bad.Please pay cash instead of credit card.I regret tipping,cozfelt deceived.

We’re given the wrong room (booked balcony). Said they would discount by 50% for the inconvenience and move us for the second night. The balcony room AC didn’t work and electricity sparked onto the bed. When sorting out the bill the manager didn’t stay to sort it and still tried to charge full price. Not worth the hassle.

Apart from the location, I wouldn’t recommend this hostel. The room I got was nothing like the pictures and there was mold everywhere. The place was unclean and uncomfortable. The bathroom door couldn’t shut properly and the shower was disgusting. There wasn’t a window in the room which made it dark and claustrophobic. Our room was definitely not worth the cost. The staff were friendly but apart from that our stay was very unpleasant.

Great hostel! Chose the private room and it was perfect. Amazing location, clean. Small room but that’s to be expected bc of the area. More quiet which was what I wanted. Couldn’t hear any noise from street. Breakfast was AMAZING with unlimited fruit! Would return.

I like it.

The room was clean and well-organised. There were all necessary facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The security was excellent - the door is smart lock. The location so convenient, in the heart of old quater. You csn find everything there- spa, restaurant, cafe, etc.

Stay here if you are in Old Town Hanoi! Perfect location - it's next to everything but not in loud party area. Staff are helpful and helped to select/reserve local tours - all of which were better quality & value than those found online. Rooms were clean/comfortable and housekeeping kept it pristine everyday.

If I book a room with 28 m2, I don't want a room with less than 20 m2 and I don't want to hear an excuse like "but the room has a bigger window". To say something positive, the breakfast was excellent with a good variety from european to vietnamese and fresh fruit.

Great location and conffortable bed. The bathroom was clean but the room it's small and tide and was a messssssy and smelling bad.

I stayed in a private room which doesn’t look anything like the photos and didn’t have any windows. It was really quiet despite the location and they cleaned the room every day while I was out and gave fresh towels and water. The hostel itself is not social at all, there’s no bar or any communal areas, but it is in a great location near a lot of bars and cafes. I rate it as a place to rest in Hanoi but would avoid if you’re looking for more of a social vibe/like a window!

Great hostel! The room was perfect and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful and nice to talk to. I enjoyed my stay!

Overall good place to stay! Bit outdated but beds were comfy and sorted out my taxi to airport for cheaper than a grab.

Lieu bien situé dans Hanoi. Facile d'accès. Accueil sympathique. C'est idéal pour juste passer la nuit mais pas pour y trouver un lieu convivial.

Very good location. Dorm beds come with curtain and locker which is great. No place to hang out or meet people as this is not a hostel but a guest house/hotel, but if you want a comfy bed to sleep and being based in walking distance to a lot of things, then it’s a great place.

Lovely stay, cheap cheerful, very clean, great location. Recommended

Nous sommes restés à 4 pendant plusieurs jours, séjour très agréable et calme. Seul le tour organisé par l’hôtel était décevant, prestation très chère et guide inexistant .

Perfect for 1-2 days maximum. Good location in the Old Quarter and close to beer street. Useful if you are doing the Ha Giang Loop

Good size rooms and clean, also did our laundry here which was great! Some of the photos are misleading though is all I’d day, had a private room which in the photos looks very bright and open but we didn’t even have one window in the room so felt a bit claustrophobic.

Great location. Friendly helpful staff who told me about good places to eat. Comfortable room.
