+ Would not recommend to anyone! We had informed the hotel our flight arrival time and that we will be arriving the hotel between 2am and 3am to sleep a few hours before catching our next flight. When we arrived they informed us that the room is still occupied by another guest who is soon leaving for his flight. And after he will leave, they will be clean the room and we'll get it. And yes, this happened after waiting for 20 minutes. But it was 3am and we had booked and paid the room for the whole night. How is it that there was another guest in our room? Simply put, they had sold the same room twice for the same night. What a scam. When you arrive 13 hours after check-in time, the room should be immediately ready. No question. Cleanliness was not good either (it figures) and especially the bathroom with broken tiles and water squirting under them was disgusting. Breakfast pretty much worst we got in Vietnam. Not recommended. Just awful.
+ Wir haben uns mehr drunter vorgestellt, Fotos entsprechen nicht der Realität, wir haben ein Upgrade über Booking bekommen mit einer Terrasse und Gartenblick und wir haben ein Zimmer mit Balkon mit Autobahnblick bekommen. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, dass es keinen Gartenblick gibt. Frühstück war dem Preis entsprechend moderat.

Mitarbeiter zeigte einem nicht einmal in welchem Zimmer man war. Man kam mit dem Schlüssel überall rein. Obere Hälfte der Doppelbetten hatte keine Steckdose. Für den gezahlten Preis eine unterdurchschnittliche Leistung.

+ The host was very kind and helpful. He went above and beyond and we appreciated his kindness.
- The rooms were damp, the bed damp and it was not a comfortable place to stay. The TV didn’t work and the toilet didn’t flush properly. All of our belongings felt damp when we left. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but left after 1. The photos on booking.com are misleading. We chose this place because of the proximity to the airport but really wished we would have stayed in the city of Hanoi.

- No curtains on the bunks in mixed dorms Hairdryer couldn't be used in the bathroom only in the main room where people are sleeping Door key didn't work so staff rapped on the door to wake people up to let me in No free shuttle as per advert Overall, with having to pay for the shuttle, you can get cheaper and better dorm rooms in town ... you may as well just stay there and get up a bit earlier to go to the airport.
Good for 1 night near the airport. Hygiene was very substandard. Ants walked across the floor, and water came from the floor into the bathroom. We got a new room. In this room was the toilet seat broken and there was a nightstand missing. Staff was very helpful and we got early breakfast. It’s okay if you want to be near the airport for 1 day.

All around great place. Was 7 min from airport so super convenient, but only a 30/35 min ride to Hanoi. Eric, the manager, was super helpful with recommending day trips and activities. Complimentary breakfast in the morning. Clean rooms and great location. Thank you for the stay!

10/10! Eric at the front desk was amazing at arranging transport—even after checkout. He patiently explained what the local bus situation to Ninh Binh and then Luc Yen would be and then arranged private drivers for us. Indeed, when a driver came so quickly that we didn’t have time to go out for breakfast, he made sure we were well taken care of with bananas and beverages before we went. Fantastic if you plan to go off the beaten path!
Functional hotel close to the airport and convenient for taking a flight the next day. However, the beds are basic and only moderately comfortable, there is a lot of noise due to the nearby road, and many travelers arrive late and leave very early. A good stopover hotel, but not very appealing for a longer stay (at least in the dormitory).

+ Location is perfect Very near to the International Airport
+ Only 6 minutes from the airport!! Very convenient if you have an early flight or arrived very late to the city. Hot showers and cold air conditioning. The staff was attentive and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. A good amount of storage for a short stay.
Great place to stay when you're hanging at the airport late. It's a 6 minute drive from the airport. The staff is very helpful. You can get laundry service done and they'll deliver it for you. There are many recommendations available from staff. You can buy drinks in site so you don't have to run to the store late. If you set your accomodations early they can arrange transportation from the airport to the hotel for you. I highly recommend this stay!
The hostel is super basic but it does the job. Perfect to stay at when you have a late or early flight, but I wouldn’t stay there otherwise. My room key wasn’t working, and the staff did not give me a new one, but just said to let them know when I’d like to enter and leave the room. The hostel itself isn’t the nicest, but it is very close to the airport and as I said, it served its purpose.
