We made a reservation for 2, when we arrived they split us into 2 rooms because "they were fully booked and there was no room for the both of us". The bathroom on the 2nd floor was completely broken, a moving toilet sit, a shower without a head nor lock on the door, a sink that was also broken. The beds in the room were extremely dirty and unpleasant. In the laundry room at the entrance they store and cook food every morning next to clean clothes. The staff was also unwelcoming nor helpful.

+ L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter le quartier historique et le personnel très aimable.
- La chambre ne correspondait pas à celle que nous avions réservé (lits jumeaux plutôt que lit double). Elle était étroite et vétuste. La Clim que nous avions fuyait et nous n'avons pas pu l'utiliser toute la nuit au risque de finir inondé.
+ Personel jest miły i bardzo dobrze mówi po angielsku, jednak często się zmienia. W ciągu jednego dnia rozmawialiśmy z 3 lub 4 różnymi osobami.
- W dzień naszego zameldowania w hotelu, obsługa napisała do mnie na WhatsUp, że Hanoi Golden Hotel ma problemy z wodą, w związku z czym przeniosą nas do innego hotelu. Jak się okazało, przenieśli nas do HOSTELU za tę samą cenę. Pokój nie miał okna, był bardzo mały. Prysznic nie miał kabiny. Te wszystkie udogodnienia zarezerwowaliśmy wcześniej i za nie zapłaciliśmy. Pokazaliśmy obsłudze zdjęcia licząc na rabat (nie mieliśmy już czasu szukać nowego miejsca). Pan z recepcji powiedział, że pokój, który docelowo zarezerwowaliśmy i tak nie wygląda jak na zdjęciach, a jego okno wychodzi na korytarz, więc nie jesteśmy wcale w gorszej sytuacji. Po wszystkim zapytał nas, czy możemy odwołać naszą rezerwację na Booking.com, ponieważ serwis pobiera prowizję i wolałby rozliczyć się „pod stołem”. W sytuacji, gdy nasz hotel został zmieniony na hostel, a pokój znacząco odbiegał od oczekiwań, zgoda na to byłaby kuriozalna - nie moglibyśmy ubiegać się o pomoc od serwisu Booking, gdyby coś się stało. Nie wyraziliśmy na to zgody, a mimo to rano otrzymałam maila, że hotel informuje, iż nie zameldowałam się w obiekcie. Owszem, nie zameldowałam się w hotelu, bo przeniesiono mnie do hostelu, ale tej rezerwacji nikt już nie wklepał w system! Problemy z wodą, przez które podobno zmieniono nam miejsce, dotyczyły również naszego hostelu, o czym nikt nie poinformował. Woda była zimna przez cały pobyt. W pokoju roznosił się bardzo intensywny zapach środków do dezynfekcji, a pościel była dziurawa. Kombinatorstwo na najwyższym poziomie i oczywiście nieaktualne zdjęcia. Nie polecam.

En 3 mois d’auberges, c’est la première fois que j’ai l’impression de déranger. Pas un bonjour ou un bonsoir, pas un sourire. Je demande si je peux mettre un pantalon mouillé 10 minutes au sèche linge (sachant que j’ai payé un service de lingerie la veille), on me le refuse sans me proposer d’alternative. + The girl on the reception is the kindest person I’ve met during my stay in Hanoi. Room was clean and comfortable, location is very good, I recommend it :)

+ Petit hôtel bien situé dans le quartier des 36 corporations. Personnel très accueillant. Ascenseur. Un bon rapport qualité-prix pour petits budgets. Hôtel adapté à un court séjour.

Die Betten sind super toll und das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Es ist aber etwas eng, da es keinen Verstauort für das Gepäck hat. Und es ist auch sehr Laut, vor allem morgens früh, da die Lautsprecher gleich neben dem Fenster sind und die täglichen Durchsagen auf voller Lautstärke durchgesagt werden. In meinem Zimmer gab es etwas komische Leute, mit denen ich mich nicht ganz wohlgefühlt habe, die scheinen da zu wohnen
only stayed one night after ha giang loop bed was okay; linnen had a hole bathroom was on hallway, not necessarily dirty but also not 100% clean was good for 1 night but wouldn’t stay there for more i guess
