+ Don’t trust photos

- This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have had. I paid around 500,000 for a room with 6 beds, which is extremely overpriced for the quality provided. The room layout is unacceptable. There is a toilet directly attached inside the sleeping area, very close to the beds. There is almost no privacy. The shower and toilet doors are separate, but every time someone enters or exits, they slam the doors loudly. At 7:00 in the morning, several guests were speaking loudly inside the room for more than an hour while others were still sleeping. There is no respect for shared space, and no management control. There is also a bar in the building playing very loud music and billiards late at night, which makes it impossible to rest. The environment feels more like a hangout place for young people partying and dating rather than a proper accommodation for travelers. There was no complimentary water, coffee, or tea. Basic hospitality standards were missing. Overall, this place feels poorly organized, overpriced, and not suitable for anyone looking for rest, privacy, or comfort. I truly regret spending my money here.

+ No me gustó nada y tendría que haberme ido antes. No volvería ni gratis. Salvaje. Esto es un Hotel con habitaciones compartidas, Enfocado a jóvenes y fiestas, con Discoteca claro. El alcohol deja mucho dinero. Seguramente más que lo que vale el alojamiento. El peor lugar donde me he sentido en 7 meses en Hostels por Asia. No se respeta nada. Super ruidoso, música a todo volumen, discoteca por las tardes hasta las 11pm, pasillos ruidosos que se escucha todo en las habitaciones, en la piscina haciendo el salvaje, imaginate si estaban haciendo el salvaje que mi habitación retumbaba, y no está al lado de la piscina, había 2 habitaciones antes. Lleno de niñatos que no respetan nada, ni el descanso en la habitación y pensarás eso es la gente, No. Es la política del hostel, cuando tu política es vender fiesta esto sucede y es así. Ya depende si los dias que estés tienes la suerte de encontrarte con gente así o no. Si tienes entre 18 y 28 años vienes a Hanoi dos días y buscas fiesta es tu lugar, si buscas un lugar tranquilo, este no es tu lugar. A sido una lastima porque las instalaciones son geniales, pero no me gusta la política del "Hostel"

- Que en el 2025 te pidan de depósito el pasaporte me parece grave. Su respuesta? Que todo el mundo lo deja, Entonces si todo el mundo se tira de un puente tu también te tiras? Esto se solucionó con dinero claro, pero me parece grave. Tampoco me gustó el trato de el personal, niñatos con aire chulesco y prepotencia. No todos. Que en el desayuno no entre el cafe, ya sabes para que es no? Money money. Al final estás pagando el desayuno.

- La propreté des chambres et de la salle de bain, le manque de rideaux pour l’intimité c’est vraiment pas top surtout que mon lit était en face de la salle de bain La musique à fond tous les soirs c’est too much Globalement une arnaque pour le prix des auberges bien mieux à côté

+ les petits-déjeunera étaient copieux

- la salle de bain de la chambre était sale, nous avons demandé à la nettoyer plusieurs fois mais le problème était les colocataires.. nous avons changé de chambre 3 fois en l’espace de 4 jours pour problème de propreté qui s’est répété.

+ 廁所和洗澡隔間是用玻璃，只要進去都可以看的到裡面的人

- 空調完全沒作用，還給了每一個床位一個電風扇，電風扇開啟噪音無比吵

- Keine Empfehlung! Es war das schlimmste Hostel in dem ich bisher war. Im Bad war überall Schimmel und es war dreckig. Im Zimmer roch es nach Schimmel. Das Bett war feucht und die Sauberkeit war ok. Der Reisepass wird einbehalten, da Drinks an der Bar auf ein Band geladen und am Ende des Aufenthalts gezahlt werden. Man sollte die Drinks direkt bezahlen können, damit man nicht das Band braucht und somit auch nicht den Pass abgibt. Das Personal ist unfreundlich.

+ Really nice dorms, comfy beds, curtains, personal fan, big lockers. Central location. Nice bar area and really good food from what we tried!

- The staff were pushy in terms of selling us stuff/tours as soon as we checked in

+ It was a very lovely place. Central to main locations, pubs and karaokes near by. Loved the breakfast there and the staff are just soo lovely and helpful. I stayed in the female dorms. I’ve been back here over and over again after my 1st stay before it’s amazing.

+ Sehr gutes Hostel mit Pool, Billardtisch, Massagen und einer coolen Rooftop-Bar. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Amari, er hat mich super bei den angebotenen Aktivitäten beraten und war immer hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich hier sehr wohlgefühlt und würde das Hostel definitiv weiterempfehlen.

+ I stayed here a few years ago... I walk in again.. and the staff remeberd me by name and what I like to drink and eat in to morning. Reception desk is super helpful. Not a question to crazy. All he guys and girls of the reception desk... you know how to find people and make them have a great time. 10/10

+ Allt! Rummen va jättenice och lobbyn var trevlig att sitta i!

- Lite för hög musik.

+ It is great! Sp much fun for people 20+!
