+ La ubicación es perfecta. Estás literalmente al lado de las Petronas y al lado del centro comercial que tiene muchas opciones para comer.
- Al entrar en la habitación había un olor repugnante. Tuvimos que abrir la pequeña ventana que tiene la habitación para poder ventilarla y así evitar el olor tan fuerte. Luego nos dimos cuenta que el olor provenía del váter. Evidentemente, sin la ventana abierta, no se podía aguantar el olor y por la noche no pudimos dormir absolutamente nada porque se escuchaba todo el ruido de la calle. Además, tienen aire acondicionado pero lo tienen regulado para que no lo puedas poner más frío y en la habitación hacía muchísimo calor.

- Coackroaches. Unit is infected. Changed room with a 10th floor difference but same problem. They know it but they cannot do much but it seems they are not trying to disinfect neither. Check google reviews. Staff cannot do much but it is not worth the location. Each day you'll have to check at night if there are cockroaches. To tired for this. Big apartments, could be in a better state but looks like they don't try to invest that much in this or maybe they cannot. They share this Unit with other providers. Expensive you can find better for this price. You'll see many of their apartment in booking and bnb and maybe other places. It seems thay have a vacancy issue which could make sense. I'll save you the money loss, don't book unless they disinfect and renovate.

- Lousy service. Poor in room facilities. Tv with no remote control. Faulty hot water dispenser. Door bell not working. Room cleaners not clean themselves.
- The staff make false claim for the hair dryer that already not function since from the beginning!! I have never used the hair dryer at all!! The staff force me to rate 5 star otherwise refuse to return deposit to me and claim for hair dryer!!! Booking.com also customer service very slow and no manager call back at all!!! never use Booking,com anymore!! cannot be trusted!!!

+ The location was perfect. Right next to the Petronas towers. Very close to the walking Central Area and the Mall. The roof top pool is very good to visit, but is not working in the evening/night time.
- We had to wait down at the entry and we didn't know who should open us. This information was not correct provided when booking, so maybe it is good to add some information with people contact from the entry.

+ näher kann man an den Petronas Towers nicht wohnen, saubere große Wohnung, Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen, sogar Waschmaschine (inclusive Waschmittel) mit Trockner vorhanden. Tolle Aussicht auf die Towers.

+ Schönen rissige Apartment mit schöne Ausblick in den 40 Etage, quasi gegenüber von Petronas Türme. Sauber und schön eingerichtet. Optimale Kontakt mit dem Personal über WhatsApp. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. 👍
- Das Schwimming Pool in der 52 Etage war sehr ungepflegt und mit viel Rost stellen an die Seiten. Das Hand Gelände sehr Stark am wackeln. Einfach nur Schade das es nicht gepflegt wird.Die Handtücher waren wie durch dem Fleischwolf gegangen. 🤣 Im Fahrstuhl bedrückende Geruch.
