Saba Suites at Platinum KLCC Kuala Lumpur

- Very disappointing experience. Issues with the apartment: • Mold on the walls. • Strong smell of urine in the whole place. • The apartment was filthy. • A syringe was found under the sofa. • Used socks from previous guests were inside the wardrobe. How the situation was handled: • We immediately reported the problems and asked to move to another unit, even a smaller one, as long as it was clean. • We received no proper response. • The next day at 11:30 AM we were told we could check out before 12:00 PM if we wanted a refund (only 30 minutes’ notice). • When we asked for cleaning, we were told housekeeping only comes every two days. I have traveled to Kuala Lumpur several times, and this was by far my worst accommodation experience. The staff were very unprepared and rude, especially the person called Zayn.

- Грязно, постельное белье ужасно пахло, полотенца были грязные, сковородки не пригодны к использованию, в номере ужасный запах. Депозит не вернули, перестали отвечать на мои сообщения, когда я спросила про депозит!

+ Very unreliable property management. They cancelled on the same day we were supposed to arrive.

- Zou dit niemand aanraden! Ze gaan jou een andere hotel voorstellen en laste minute afzeggen! Dit is niet te vertrouwen zeker niet doen. Ze komen met een tegenvoorstel met verschrikkelijke kamers!! Vertrouw deze booking nooit!

- لم اقم بالنزول في الفندق حيث انه توتصل معي في نفس اليوم واخبرني بألغاء الحجز تعامل سيء جدا

+ Konumu ve manzarası inanılmaz iyi idi.

- Odanın duvarları rutubet içindeydi. Birde o odayı tanıtan eleman ertesi gün odayı değiştireceğini söyleyip ağız yokladı birşey demeyince ertesi günde aynı odada kalacağımı söyledi.

- Accidentally change the room that's I reserved 3 weeks ago, instead of 3 rooms to only 2 rooms with bad facilities! And weird smell in the room

- There is no water filter. No hairdryer etc

+ 两个房间两张床，适合带娃家庭入住。

- 设施略差，一个卫生间没有热水，另一个花洒🚿是坏的。一次性用品质量很差，房间内有虫子。

+ Belle suite très spacieuse superbe piscine mais dommage il y avait pleins de cafards. On y a passé trois nuits et j'ai du boucher tous les conduits d'eau dans les salles de bain avec des assiettes et des bols. Pas le choix j'avais que ça sous la main.

+ Owner was very friendly and also swimming pool is great😉. Must have 😉.

+ Большие апартаменты, много полочек, комодов, удобно разложить вещи. Есть фен и Утюг.

- Уставшие номера, на фото выглядит гораздо лучше, неудобная кровать, матрас-очень жесткий,спишь как на полу, белье постельное посерело от старости, полотенца все в пятнах и неприятно пахнут

+ Location is strategic

- The aircon did not function well, found it dirty and dusty. The shower head is leakage without replacing a working condition shower head. Toilet amenities are lousy. Hair dryer malfunction. The toilet door is not lockable. The arriving procedure is not good, no proper instruction beforehand.

- Can be too busy and hectic but grab taxi service no issue

+ Highly recommended and will come back again and again

- The security guy at swimming pool very rude

+ Great location, clean and spacious room, beautiful view, and smooth check-in. Facilities were good and the stay was comfortable. Highly recommended
