+ I told them that the currency exchange offices were closed because it was Independence Day on the day I was supposed to go, and that I would extend my payment that day but would pay the next day since the exchange offices were closed. I've been staying there for 3 days now, and they still haven't accepted it

- Literally the location that they provide is wrong once I book my room they contact me via WhatsApp ands send me a location which 30-40 minutes far from city ! Also they said that they provide service to airport I told them that I have flight at 11am I have to be at airport 9am the guy said 8 am I’ll take u there I was wake up no one was there and no one responded my phone calls I was late from my flight I had to pay extra 45€ to checking fee so they aren’t honest basically I was disappointed!!!

+ The staff was kind but didn't speak English well.

- The room we booked was dirty, there was hair everywhere in the bathroom and on the bed, there was period blood on the toilet. The sink in the bathroom was broken, the floor was flooded with water. When we told staff, they said they couldn't give another room and that a tecnichian would come after 2 days. However, we would only stay for 2 nights, so that wasn't useful. We left and went to another place. I honestly think that the other reviews are fake.

- Instalaciones muy sucias, no había llaves para abrir y cerrar, no había taquillas, baño en pésimas condiciones, olor a tabaco por todas partes, dificultad para entenderse en inglés

- **Eşyalar eski, yataklar eski ve gıcırdıyor ilgi yok. Yeri uzak ve yokuş kesinlikle 2.5 -3 km kadar uzak merkeze. Banyoda lağım kokusu var. Kilitli dolap yok Havlu yok ekstra ücret istiyorlar. Hostel girildiğinde kötü koku var nasıl 9 üzeri almış anlamak çok güç. Ağda solda yarım yenmiş bırakılmış yemekler. Yıkanmamış bulaşıklar günlerce lavaboda duruyor. Çok uzak gittinize değmeyecek bir yer Bir daha asla gitmem fiyat fayda dengesi zayıf. Sabah erken kalkıp konuşanlar mutfakta gürültü yapar çok fazla. ****The furniture is old, the beds are old and squeaky, and there's no attention. The location is remote, and the hill is definitely 2.5-3 km from the city center. The bathroom smells of sewage. There are no lockers. There are no towels, and they charge extra. There's a foul smell upon entering the hostel; it's hard to understand how it got a rating above 9. Half-eaten food left on the floor. Unwashed dishes sit in the sink for days. This place isn't worth the trip. I won't go again. The value for money is poor. Those who wake up early in the morning and talk make a lot of noise in the kitchen.

- The bed was too short, legs couldn’t fit. A man that is staying there 3 months thinks he knows everything. Receptionist showed me women bathroom, but this men said it’s for everyone (the men bathroom was empty at that time). I told him to at least keep this bathroom clean, because every time i wanted to use the toilet i needed to clean it myself first. He said he is keeping it clean, but unfortunately he doesn’t know how to use the toilet brush and I needed to see his masterpiece with my eyes. There should be some clarification according this matter. Generally weird vibes.

- The address on Google Maps is incorrect and needs to be corrected. The upper bunk is too high and has no railing; it's dangerous.

+ I am a bit ambivalent about my stay here. The bed was comfortable and the room was affordable. The staff member who helped me was friendly and offered me to a complimentary coffee at check in which is very nice

- It didn't seem to be much of a backpacker hostel, rather there were many people living in the hostel longer term. So I didn't find any travellers to connect with. The distance is a bit further from the centre, although this is not a big deal. Also no toilet paper in the bathrooms. Shoes come off before going inside, which is fine, but it's not good that slippers aren't provided - especially since the showers are open and so the floors are all wet.. I don't travel with slippers so this bothered me.

+ 침대 시설은 호스텔중에 가장 좋은편에 속했으며 공용 공간인 거실이 너무 깔끔하고 넓어서 너무 좋았습니다. 그리고 여기서 일하는 직원들이 남맨인데 아주 친절하게 대해주셔서 머무는 동안 잘 지내고 갑니다

+ It was warm and the bedsheets clean. The staff was polite and helpfu.

- The guy next woke up at 5 to pray and opened the windows for fresh air. Furthermore he slept with eyes open and it was scary. I left earlier....you get your you pay for....that's life !!!

+ Très accueillant, lieux propres et lit plutôt confortable (bon matelas et couette propre) dans le dortoir...Très bien situé

- La cuisine n'est pas très équipée et la douche correspond à la partie toilette parfois long moment d'attente
