- I had a very disappointing experience with this hostel. When I arrived, they told me that according to their system my reservation from Booking had been cancelled. However, on my side the reservation was still showing as confirmed. They spent around 20 minutes checking the system, but in the end they told me they could not do anything and that there was no room available for me. Unfortunately, they did not offer any solution or assistance. Because of this situation, I had to find another place to stay the same day and pay much more money for accommodation. It was very stressful, especially arriving with a confirmed reservation and then being left without a room. I hope they improve their communication with booking platforms and their customer service in situations like this.

- People were having sex in the room from 23:00-05:30 and then they started again at 11:00. Was not able to sleep. Reception told me they were gonna kick them out after the 2nd warning, but then I got told they got another warning. Had to book a hotel for the night, because I did not sleep a second the night before because of it.

I was fairly disappointed by my stay here. I would not normally leave a review for a place so standard and unremarkable, however I was unable to leave one night early and be refunded, despite giving adequate 48 hour notice, and so I feel compelled to write one. The rooms themselves are fine, capsules are private enough and dark. What I did find strange was that there were also ‘couples’ double beds in the same room as the singles, which I have never seen before, even though the couple inha...
The hostel is clean and the beds are amazing. However the staff is not nice, they throw away your groceries without warning even if you label your bags correctly. It’s not social.
Good hostel but getting greedy now, probably as they are letting most of the workers live there for free so it is up to everyone else to pay extortionate rates. The 12 bed mixed dorm is very hot at night time. Seems the French and Italians can make as much noise as they like but as soon as English guys are we are told to keep it down

The capsule concept is nice: having your own little pod makes a difference. The big locker in the room was a great bonus too! The beds + kitchen and outdoor area could definitely use some more attention when it comes to cleanliness. Cooking for yourself was trickier than expected. There wasn't enough cutlery to go around, counter space was tight, and the tea towels were not the best, so the plates never dried properly, leaving you with nowhere to put them.
+ Was so clean friendly staff very peaceful slept well every night . Not a party place

If you happen to be on the top bunk it is very unsafe. I fell down from the top bunk after trying to bring my belongings down and getting my feet caught in the curtain below me. Bring a padlock otherwise your items will not be safe. Everyone leaves their massive suitcases on the floor so there is not enough floor space in the rooms. Bathrooms are OK, capsules are private enough, staff are mixed (some ok, some rude) and often aren't around when you need them. Overall it was alright minus the safe...

Great hostel! Everything was always clean and it was nice that each bed has its own light and plug ins, highly recommend!

- Curtains on beds could be fixed but not really a problem as still felt I got enough privacy 😄
Really odd vibe. Not a hostel for people travelling and wanting to socialise, everyone keeps to themselves. People get annoyed over minor things.
+ Everything was too clean, tidy, perfect environment for work quietly, good reception, good spaces for eat, rest, have a talk and work.
- Maybe could be better if they offer breakfast
+ The people are the best here you make a family instantly, I have not been at a better hostel, everything is modern and clean, you will have no better time in Perth than here. Shout out to Dave, mike and Miguel amazing people who keep this place the best!!

+ ホステル慣れしていない日本人に初めてのホステルとしてオススメです。 他のホステルのドミトリー部屋で寝るの違い、カーテンなどもあるため寝所に個人の空間がある。 既にパースで7つのホステルに滞在しましたが、一番良いなと個人的には感じました。
