Very sweet hostel, on a bit of a hill but easy to walk to the beach. Host was very kind to us and even did our laundry for free which was a very sweet thing to do :)
Had an amazing time at this hostel:) The host is super friendly and helpful. The hostel is located in a calm and quiet area but not far from the beach. Would definitely stay here again!
I had a really nice stay in this hostel, which is located in a calm area, but still has many restaurants nearby and the beach is 10 minutes footwalk away. The rooms were clean and each bed has a curtain, there is also AC and fans, as well as lockers. The owner is very friendly and helpful, he organized me a diving lesson in the "sun diving center" next to his restaurant, which is 15 minutes walk away from the hostel. I can definitely recommend this place and will surely come back!
had such a nice stay here, we wish we stayed longer! its so chill in the day and quiet at night. the owner is so lovely and makes you feel welcome. he’s got lots of recommendations and even discounts in restaurants and diving. the rooms, bathroom and beds are super clean and the AC works well. wifi is speedy too! if im back in unawatuna i will definitely stay here again!!
Sehr entspanntes Hostel außerhalb des trubels von Unawatuna mitten im Jungle man kann aber easy in 10-15min runter laufen zum Strand und den Restaurants. Sehr lieber Besitzer hat mir bei allen Problemen geholfen und ist immer da wenn man was braucht. Hatte ne sehr schöne zeit hier gehabt unund kann es allallen nur weiterempfehlen :D
Very relaxed hostel outside the hustle and bustle of Unawatuna in the middle of the jungle but you can easily walk to the beach and restaurants in 10-15min. very dear Owner has helped me with all my problems and is always there when you need. had a very nice time here and can only recommend it to everyone:D

Very nice and helpful owner. Clean and tidy accommodation. On my next visit to Unawatuna I would book the hostel again.
Owner of the hostel was so kind and the hostel has a discount on diving. Beds were alright and the AC works well.
It was a great Hostel, the Owner was very nice and always available if you had questions! You can get discounts at the „sea forest“ bar and at the „sun diving“ facility. Beautiful garden and a very sweet Dog! Can only recommend if you want to stay at a good and cheap hostel in Unawatuna!
