- phòng quá cũ, các trang thiết bị ở mức trung bình, phòng thật nhận quá khác so với hình ảnh trên Booking, vì là khách VN nên tôi bị đối xử nvay sao?

- Una auténtica basura, no han limpiado en 50 años. La Gente fuma en las habitaciones y en los pasillos, hay hongos y humedad, hay telarañas, es un lugar insalubre, debería de estar cerrado por la policía. Es mejor dormir en un parque en la calle

- 1. KHÔNG GIỐNG HÌNH ẢNH 2. Phòng cực kỳ bí và thiết bị xuống cấp. Điều hoà gần như không có tác dụng, bật mà như “phẩy ruồi”. Điều khiển hỏng, Quạt chạy yếu, giường, bàn, tủ đồ nội thất ọt ẹt cũ ký, bóng đèn cả trong nhà vệ sinh và ngoài đều bị hỏng, phòng k đủ ánh sáng. Ở trong phòng rất ngột ngạt và khó chịu. ( Trời ơi, điều hòa mình phải xuống tận 2 lần lấy điều khuyển để bật. Lần thứ 2 cầm phải 3-4 cái để xem cái nào sử dụng được thì hỉu rùi đó=))))) 3.Không được sử dụng được thang máy. Khách sạn nhiều tầng nhưng thang máy lỗi k sử dụng được (không rõ do hỏng hay không bảo trì). Việc phải mang hành lý lên xuống cầu thang rất bất tiện, đặc biệt với khách nữ hoặc đi nhiều đồ. 4. KHÔNG CÓ NƯỚC NÓNG để sử dụng tắm rửa. Nhà tắm không có nước nóng đúng nghĩa. K có bình nóng lạnh. Mượn ấm đun nước thì ấm hỏng. Mượn được ấm khác dùng tạm thì lại phải xin thêm xô và gáo để sử dụng. 5. Không dọn phòng cho khách (mình ra ngoài và có để vào cái giỏ phòng dơ cần dọn, mà tối về phòng k được dọn. Có hỏi nhân viên nhân viên phản hồi mình là khách phải yêu cầu mới dọn. Trong khi đó mình k nhận đc bất kỳ thông báo hay mô tả về việc này và ủa alo cái giỏ để chìa khóa phòng dơ cần dọn để cho vui hả trời?) Phòng đã k được dọn, mình có xin khăn tắm mới mà bên ks trả lời là không có. ( lần đầu tiên thấy khăn tắm mà không thay mới cho khách hàng) 6. Vấn đề hóa đơn thiếu chuyên nghiệp. Khi check-in mình đã thanh toán đầy đủ tiền phòng và VAT ngay thời điểm check in để xuất hóa đơn. Đã gọi điện và bạn tên Ngọc Anh đã hứa hẹn ngày có hóa đơn sau đó không vẫn không thấy, đến giờ không trả lời tin nhắn và cuộc gọi. Thái độ xử lý rất thiếu trách nhiệm. 7. XE máy thuê ở đây giá 200k/ ngày nhưng xe có 1 gương, máy kêu bạch bạch Thật sự HCM là lần mình đến thứ 2 nhưng lần này trải nghiệm chỗ ở lần này là việc tồi tệ nhất. Xin lé chỗ nàyyyyyy

- It was absolutely filthy. There was mold in the refrigerator and the bathroom the floor was black there were cigarette butts on the floor and trash wrappers all over not only in the bedrooms but also in the hallways. I made the cleaning staff come to my room and I had to help them clean and it took us over an hour and a half to get everything cleaned up to my satisfaction and it still was not good enough.. made them bleach everything... My son complained that his pillow smelled like urine and had to make them replace it it was absolutely disgusting! I wouldn't stay there again in a million years unless they cleaned and fumigated the entire building! I took photos and showed them to the staff and told them they need to clean that goddamn room and that they should clean the whole building, it was absolutely ridiculous! The photos they posted online on booking.com were absolutely fake and looked nothing like the actual rooms were.. the odor in the room was overwhelming and that's why I had to have bleach room the sheets appeared to have spots of blood on them and were full of holes, it was an absolute petri dish..

- Terrible, worst ever. Please check the room before you pay. Around the area has bunch of better hotel with cheaper price

- Que durante toda la noche en alguna habitación de la zona donde me metieron estaban violando alguna mujer o a saber porque los gritos continuos eran espeluznantes intentaré poner algún enlace del video que publicaré en Youtube exagerado que ese alojamiento lo tenga Booking encima como recomendado,lo mismo como veo buenos comentarios y vi gente salir contenta de allí tiene varias zonas, pues donde me metieron una casa okupa sucia , destrozada y convertida en burdel o en habitaciones de por horas para el caso es lo mismo
+ Hôtel le plus mauvais,il y avait une odeur dans la chambre impossible d'y rester pas d'eau pour se laver j'ai voulu changer de chambre elles m'ont répondu que pour cette nuit l'hôtel est complet mais demain il me changerai j'ai passé la nuit sur un hamac dans le couloir. Le lendemain voyant que rien ne bouger j'ai demandé qu'il me rembourse ce qu'il ont fait. Je suis parti. A FUIR !!!¡!!!!!!!!¡!
- Tout je pense que c'est un hôtel de passe ils loue les chambres à l'heure. Pas d'eau comment pouvez vous louer une chambre. L'odeur infeste.

Es war alles sehr schmutzig, das Bad extrem. Ausstattungsmäsig war nur das nötigste vorhanden. Würde nicht mehr sort hingehen.
It was all very dirty, the bath was extremely, only the most basic equipment was available, there was no more going there.
