La Mancha Art Hostel

+ Unverschämt wie man sowas überhaupt betreiben kann und dafür Geld verlangen kann! Einfach eine Frechheit

- Ultra dreckig, stinkt nach Urin, alles kaputt und veraltet! Meine Erfahrung in Chile was Unterkünfte angeht, war insgesamt sehr sehr negativ aber das hier muss eigentlich verboten werden. Erste Nacht nur weil es zu spät war hab ich eingecheckt und in Zimmer gab Kaugummi am Bildrahmen, Kondom in WC und kein warm Wasser zu duschen und keine Heizung in Zimmer, Fenster ist so Dunn und die Kälte kommt durch. Einfach schrecklich.

+ The location is great, you’re right by the slide and straight near the restaurants and a shop. There was a gentleman on shift that was very sweet and everyone said hello which helped.

- The bedsheets smelt horrible, like they hadn’t been washed, the bed was really uncomfortable and it was extremely loud in the room, you could hear everything, we didn’t sleep a wink both nights. The kitchen was vile, it smelt horrible. The toilets/showers weren’t clean, there was hair over the floors and they weren’t in good condition. We have stayed in much better places for the same price.

+ La atención de Nicolás, llegué muy tarde y el estuvo todo el tiempo comunicado conmigo asistiendome y preocupado de que llegara bien al hostal, andaba sola y en locomoción colectiva, cómo era año nuevo estuvo todo el tráfico colapsado, tuve que caminar mucho y bueno soy de la tercera edad y andaba con mochila pesada, le agradezco infinitamente, me dió mucha tranquilidad su preocupación llegué gracias a él al hostal.

- Que la habitación al tener un ventanal grande hacia adentro, justo al lado de la puerta y pegado al techo no apagaban la luz ya que estaba al lado de los baños y transitaba mucha gente sin cuidado de meter ruido.

- Non si riusciva a fare la doccia..o era troppo caldo o troppo fredda

- La doccia difficile da regolare o troppo fredda o troppo calda

+ La posizione è ottima e la struttura è praticamente nuova. La stanza è sufficientemente grande e i materassi molto comodi.

- Nella stanza c'è solo il letto, ma non ci sono altri 'punti d'appoggio' o appendini. Consiglieri alla struttura di aggiungere una panca o un paio di sedie per appoggiare lo zaino o i vestiti e per salire sul letto a castello più facilmente. Questo renderebbe la stanza davvero perfetta.

- El hostel es nuevo y tienen algunas cosas que aceitar

+ Estaba bien ubicado. Bastante amplio. Tenía espacios comunes en el Hostel para comer. La cocina era amplia y cómoda.

- No estaba muy limpio. Tiene personal que hace voluntariado, hacen lo mejor que pueden, pero se nota que falta algún responsable del lugar. Cuando necesitabas algo, no sabías a quien preguntar.

+ Great location, the staff is really nice and helpful (they even let us stay at the common areas for the whole day of check-out) and the beds are very comfy. The cleanliness is ok, and the terrace is an excellent place to relax or work. The wifi was great as well.

- The house rules don''t seem to be enforced, as there were guests who were singing and partying until 1am in the hostel. It is a small place so you can hear it all, hence it was impossible to sleep. This is an easy possible improvement as the hostel itself is great, just that the guests were inconsiderate. Also the kitchen could be a bit better, but it's fine as is.

+ Me gustó mucho el lugar, el Sr. Rubén fue muy amable durante toda nuestra estancia, la habitación era cómoda y tranquila, la cocina limpia y dispuesta, siempre con agua caliente para su uso además dispone de varios baños.

+ La mancha art hostal es un espacio muy cómodo agradable dónde te puedes conectar con el arte de la casona a través de sus cuadros, la ubicación del lugar es muy buena accesibilidad a locomoción y centro de Valparaíso, los voluntarios son muy buena onda preocupados si estás bien en tu estancia, camas muy cómodas, el lugar es limpio, ordenado, sin lugar a duda recomendaría a los viajeros q pasen por la mancha art hostal.

+ La casa, el lugar y los encargados excelente todo

- Que un tipo borracho que olía mal roncó toda la noche y no dejó dormir a nadie
