+ Lokalizacja w porządku, personel uprzejmy
- Dużo podrozuje ale nigdy w życiu, nigdy nie zostałem tak pogryziony w nocy. Przypuszczam że pluskwy chociaż na łóżku były i mrowki kilkadziesiąt pogryzień. Dopiero po tygodniu przestało swędzieć. Oświetlenie pokoju bardzo słabe. Sprzęty mocno zużyte.

+ Дёшево. С виду вроде красиво, всё деревянное. Близко до пирса.
- Очень грязно. Ни разу за неделю не убирались. Мусор не убирают. Вайфай почти не работает, а сеть в отеле не ловит. Персонал практически не знает английского. Почти каждый день выключали электричество. В номерах не доделан ремонт. Часть стен красиво отделаны лакированными аутентичными деревянными панелями, а часть как в сарае без внутренней отделки балки доски б/у фанера. 2 раза видели КРЫС!!! бегавших между этих досок прямо в номере. Персонал только улыбался. Вообще типа всё отлично. В общем отвратительно, дешёвый клоповник. Фу.

- - as you walked up the hill towards it you are just exposed to rubbish and dog excrement everywhere. Stinks and is so sad to see. Not sure why no one has commented on this…. - buildings are half built/knocked down - an alarm seemed to be going off the whole time we were there en route - power cuts (but that’s an island thing) - dogs howling and barking which wakes you up multiple times at night - mosquito net had holes in and didn’t fasten/completely cover the bed - beautiful doors have to be pulled with force to lock which makes noise - you can hear conversations in other rooms and one couple decided to blast music for about an hour whilst there Sidenote: Koh Rong as a whole is AWFUL. I’ve read so many reviews/watched videos of how amazing it is. It’s not. It smells, it’s full of rubbish, the food is poor, service is terrible and everything is so expensive. People are sunbathing by rubbish and sewage smells. You are not advised to swim in the seas there due to pollution and sewage and we got so ill after staying there. The journey in is choppy too. I heard the other island is better but in terms of rubbish, not too much. For some reason they’re also building an airport on the island. Madness.

- We stayed 3 nights and on day of the second afternoon our water stopped working! Turns out there was some construction going on nearby and “should be sorted in a few hours”, seems fair enough. However, this wasn’t the case and the water was off all night meaning we were left with no shower, sink or a flushing toilet. There was a shower downstairs that was luckily working but we weren’t told this by staff and had to find out through talking to other people who were staying there. When the water eventually came back on it was brown and rather unpleasant! Making it so our whole toilet was basically out of use for the final day. With how hot and sweaty it was we had to brave a quick shower to cool down however this has left us both feeling rather rotten at both ends! Though this was purely our experience and hopefully it’ll be sorted in the near future. Also the wifi was rubbish!

- The beds were dirty. I had a lizard and a cockroach run in my bad at night. Also theres a construction site right next to the venue, so if you want to sleep late, this is not the place for you.

- 2 soirs nous sommes rentrées (bien transpirant et collant après la mer) et il n'y avait pas d'eau pour se doucher. Le propriétaire ne nous avertissait pas. Il a fallu que plusieurs personnes de l'hôtel râlent après 2h d'attente pour que l'eau revienne pour qu'il finisse pas nous ouvrir une chambre du bas qui elle avait de l'eau... Et l'eau sortait jaune... Ventilateur clairement insuffisant Chambre pas du tout insonorisées nous avons quasi pas dormi durant les 3 nuits passées à l'hôtel Wifi désastreux Aucune eau potable à disposition, pas de loc de scoot

Le lit pas fait, juste un drap posé sur le lit, drap pour un lit d'une personne alors qu'il s'agit d'un lit en 140cm La propreté douteuse d'une taie d'oreiller La moustiquaire trop petite pour pouvoir faire le tour du lit L'espace tres restreint entre lit et cloisons (moins de 20 cm sur l'un des cotés) Aucune chaise ni cintre pour poser ses affaires Toute la robinetterie de la salle de bain nuit.

+ De locatie is prima, een klein wandelingetje omhoog vanuit het dorp (waar je veel restaurantjes vindt). De prijs was ook niet gek. Ik heb in andere beoordelingen gelezen over slechte hygiene, daar heb ik geen last van gehad.
- Het is jammer dat ik vanaf 4 uur 's ochtends niet meer heb geslapen vanwege het lawaai van kraaiende hanen. Ik had om een rustige kamer gevraagd, jammer dat ik niet goed heb kunnen slapen. Op booking staat vermeld dat er toiletartikelen aanwezig zijn; deze zijn er niet. Ik heb dit gevraagd en werd verwezen naar winkels waar ik deze kon kopen.
The location is great, a short walk up from the village (where you can find many restaurants). The price was also not crazy. I have read in other reviews about poor hygiene, I have not had any problem with that. It is a shame that I have not slept since 4 am because of the noise of the crowds. I had asked for a quiet room, I am sorry that I have not been able to sleep well. On the booking it says that there are toiletries present; these are not. I asked about it and was referred to shops where I...
+ Good location, just a few minute walk to the main area and beach. Good value for money and the balcony area was great.
- Wifi wasn’t good as our room was too far from router. The light was very dim and made the whole room feel a bit dull and the fan didn’t rotate.

+ Close to the pier, the staff were helpful.
- The bathroom was a disaster, in room 104 the sink empties straight onto the floor. The bulb in the room was poor so it was dark. The WiFi didn’t work on the second day and wasn’t great when it did work.

+ Nice central location & friendly staff. It was clean, cheap & cheerful, all you can ask from budget location. I hired a scooter from them, so I could visit the nicer beaches around the island.
- The room was a little dark, with little natural light & if the other guests made much noise after hours you could really hear them.
+ Location is very convenient Room was spacious Hot water is a plus Scooter rental is also a plus - settle price first as we had price every day different.
- Upon arrival they didn’t had our reservation- eventually it was fine Communication could be improved Generally you can see that it’s a bit older place but nothing bad.
+ The staff were extremely friendly and it was just a short walk to many restaurants and beaches. There was a lovely porch and hammock on the second floor common area which was perfect to relax amd stay out of the mid-day sun. I am planning on staying here next year when I'm back in Koh Rong.
- The bum gun didn't have much water pressure leaked a bit from the hose at the wall connection.

+ The location is great! Everyday we had a bit of a walk up the hill so it was a great exercise for everyone. The beds are big and comfy. We also could rent bikes there The owner was super nice and friendly!
