Normally I never would leave a review but this time I decided to warn other young backpackers by leaving a review. On arrival we figured out that in our 8 dorm bedroom around 14 beds appeard. We asked reception about this and they told us just 8 beds would be filled. At night apparently 12 beds were filled and we couldn’t sleep because of the heat and bugs walking over our skin. We reported this the next day at reception and checked out immediately. Lost our money and felt being treated unfair...

Very Strange and creepy American Vibe. We were sleeping in the same room as the “volunteer” workErs, which were looking kind of slavery. We were so upset that whe left 2 nights earlier.

Skully’s Hostel has a beautiful property and many facilities. My experience worsened when I needed to leave early. For three days I tried to speak with the manager, but staff said he had not appeared for six days and only he could decide. I ended up paying for nights I did not stay. Also, nothing is included, even water is charged, the restaurant is expensive, and the kitchen was very dirty. Some staff were kind, but most were rude. Thus that, I would recommend staying closer to the city cente...

Not a hostel, like a family resort, would not recommend for a solo traveller, location is so far from town that you will end up spending everyday to get in and out of town. And general atmosphere was not good, left early…

J'ai beaucoup aimé l'ambiance. C'était relativement propre. Par contre la réservation disait dortoir pour 8 et on était dans un dortoir pour 12!!! Ils nous ont dit qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire que c'était la faute de l'appli hostelworld qui ne laisse pas l'option 8 ou 12.... La clim était ouverte tard (21h) ce qui faisait en sorte qu'en se couchant il fait très chaud.

An sich ein schönes Hostel (Anlage). Doch ziemlich weit weg von der Stadt, sodass man immer ein Taxi nehmen muss. Personal war nicht wirklich hilfsbereit. Essen vor Ort im Hostel ist sehr teuer und auch andere Aktivitäten (Fahrradverleih etc.) sind verhältnismäßig extrem teuer. Zudem ist es kein wirkliches Hostel sonder eine Hotel Combi mit vielen kleinen Kindern.

Definitely cool architecture and nice staff, BUT: -There are many outside guests, many families and always children in the pool so don‘t imagine a nice atmosphere with other backpackers around the pool, it is not a social hostel. -I got a food poisoning after eating in one of the restaurants there. -There is no AC in the dorms, so it is way too warm at night which made me sleep so bad. -You can‘t walk in the town.

Staff were really helpful and nice however there was 1 bathroom for a room of 14 beds! The shared toilet block is far away downstairs next to the lively bar so not ideal if you need to go at night or brush your teeth etc. also the dorm bathroom stank & the paper bin was hardly ever emptied, it would still be full from the day before at late afternoon. They also have a wall of shame as soon as you go into the hostel for “bad” guests which i dont think creates the most welcoming environment

Las instalaciones bien y limpias. Ubicación: súper lejos del centro, no había a donde comprar nada salvo adentro del Hostel donde era bastante caro. adentro hay 3 restaurantes donde la comida no era tan buena y un bar. pileta también limpia. al lado del mar pero sin playa...No me gustó el ambiente, la música a todo volumen que no tenía nada que ver con el el entorno (más orientado a turismo americano). no volvería, de hecho me quedé un día y me fui.

Very strange hostel. Fully American vibe, trump stickers. Ott pirate theme. Location was a bit annoying as had to taxi everywhere. Expensive for what it was. Good options for food inside hostel. Lots of families and older American couples. Not really a backpacker hostel

Loves the place overall! I was lucky enough to get a bed facing the ocean. Gets super quiet and calm at night even with the bar. I had the breakfast at their restaurant couple of times, it was good. Staff was helpful and nice. The vybe overall is less of a backpacker mood but more like a family atmosphere. I did not mind at all but i understand thats not for everyone. I would recommend!

Le meilleur hostel que j'ai fait de ma vie, les dortoirs sont agréables, piscine à 5m de la mer, les restaurants sont très bons et abordables, personnel hyper sympathique, activités tous les soirs, billard, ping pong, 2 cuisines, bref, j'aurais aimé y rester plus longtemps ! j'ai vu un petit cafard dans la salle de bain, malheureusement je pense que c'est inévitable au bord des Caraïbes. Séjour génial

Endroit atypique, le personnel était très aidant, parfait pour un weekend de décompression.

This was a beautiful place to stay! Very warm with the welcome, convenience with the amenities, and a too notch team that made my stay more than worth it. Will definitely come back whenever I’m in town.

amazing hostel Right to the ocean. One Little thing tho. It had a little issue with cockroaches tho. Especially in the bathroom. The hostel is a little far away,so you always have to pay 3 Dollors to get to the Center.

I loved this hostel! The vibes were wonderful and the staff were so kind and so helpful! The food was amazing and there was always good times to be had at the bar ;) I did wish it was a little closer to town, but it was super easy to get taxis and the taxis are cheap so it was never really a problem!

Good hostel at the beach. Surfing spots are closeby, you can rent everything (bikes, scooters etc.). Dorms are built on many platforms to have privacy and space. Only thing: it's a public bar and restaurant, too so it's not a real backpackers flair

amazing facilities, directly on the beach with a pool, a small gym, pool and bar. Plenty of food options and the receptionist was very kind to me. Good stay!

My favourite place in the world! Great bar and food stalls with activies every night yet you can lay on sunbed at the end of the beach and enjoy the surf crashing cross the reef without being disturbed by any festivities.the dormitories are first class with well equipped kitchen.

this hostel is so beautiful. Skulls the owner is such a nice person, very friend and talks to everyone. It's built by himself and you can really see how much work and effort he put into this lovely place. It is a bit far away from the center of bocas but it's quite cheap to get a taxi from the center to the hostel and back.

Tolles Hostel! Die Zimmer sind super cool und ich empfehle sehr ein Dorm, weil sich viel Mühe bei der Eineichrung gegeben wurde. Die Küche ist auch einer der schönsten Hostelküchen in denen ich war und sehr gut ausgestattet.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Dorms were nice and spacious. Two kitchens were nice and well stocked. Super clean hostel. Staff were super friendly especially Roberto, Pierre and the housekeeping ladies. Really nice that you can eat, drink, pool and be on the beach here. Happy hour prices can’t be beat!

Super-schöne dorms angelegt im Piratenstyle. Ich war 2 Nächte dort. Das war perfekt. Es gibt 2 Küchen, die man nutzen kann. Die eine war offen, was total schön war. Die Leute, die an der Rezeption arbeiten, waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Was bereits vorher in den Kommentaren geschrieben worden ist, ist, dass das Hostel vom Zentrum entfernt ist. Das hat mich aber nicht gestört. Da es Hostel und Hotel in einem ist, kam der Hostel vibe für mich nicht so rüber.
