+ Die Lage war ganz gut. Dann war's dann aber auch.
- Unglaublich unverschämtes Personal!!! Konnte meinen Augen nicht trauen was ich da für Antworten bekommen habe. Ich habe mir in dem Hostel Bettwanzen eingefangen, und bekomme erst nach Beweisbildern und unfreundlichem Service das Angebot für nur eine Nacht das Geld zurückzubekommen, weil ich ja erst am Ende etwas gesagt hätte (Woher soll man sofort wissen, dass das Bettwanzen sind die einen beißen und keine Mücken)
+ This is a good value hostel with a good social atmosphere and common spaces. The host Alexis is kind and helpful.
- However, they also completely messed up my booking by their own doings. Be warned that their system is a mess and your stay could be jeopardised. The morning of my booking get a message saying “hope you enjoyed your stay” to which I replied that I hadn’t yet arrived and was staying that night. They reply was “great, see you then”. However upon arrival they have my booking as the wrong day, the wrong room, and their system that I was a no show. I show them that on my booking that was not the case and they have no explanation. Had space in a dorm room which solved the issue of having somewhere to stay. But a total shambles. The place is basic, toilets and showers uninviting, a bit run down. If everything works well and prices are cheap it’s a decent hostel option but beware their systems/management of their systems.

- We have been traveling for many months and visited many different places but this hostel is something special. It could be a nice hostel but the place is very dirty, kitchen, toilets, bathroom or common areas needs very deep clean and repair. During our stay there were only one working shower for the entire hostel.
- La habitacion estaba extremadamente sucia colchones rotos y encima me encontre una chinche en la habitación.Cuando llegue me cobraron un 10% extra por pagar con targeta cosa que encontre completamente abusivo.Al chequear la habitación le comente a la chica de la recepción los problemas de limpieza y no me dio ninguna solución asi que tuve que limpiarlo yo misma.Le reporte todos estos problemas a Alex el manager el siguiente dia...pagar 44 dolares por una habitación asi con un baño compartido me parece horrible.

- The bathrooms and showers where far from clean And the mattresses where very old and rundown.
+ Alex the boss was very attentive and kind. The rooftop has a good balcony.
- The broken dirty showers, the cockroaches, the size of the rooms, the bins full of rubbish.
+ Cheap accommodation with pancake mix for breakfast
- Very untidy, toilet bin was always full, Personal was unfriendly, went in our room while we were inside, climbed on beds from other people, cleaned the kitchen while everybody was cooking there, not enough kitchen utensils…

- Mein Zimmer hat die ganze Zeit gemuffelt, die Toiletten waren vor allem am Abend übelst verdreckt, das Hochbett war total hoch ohne Geländer zum festhalten beim runtergehen der Hochbettleiter und natürlich zum Schutz nicht aus dem Bett zu fallen!😳🙃

- They had bed bugs the night before I arrived. Roomed smelled of chemicals, but they showed and explained before check-in. When I left 4 days later I still found live bugs and head lots of bites (could be mosquito, don't know). There is only one socket with power outlets for the whole room. Beds are completely shaky Ventilators in kitchen and common areas do not work, it's really hot and humid there. Only three of four flames work for cooking. Knives are more for squishing than cutting, panhandles are completely loose. Downstairs shower heads are mounted at neck hight. Staff prefers to put mood dampening comments in common areas instead of moving a finger.

+ Budget friendly hostel, social, close to restaurants/supermarket.
- There are no curtains on the beds therefore not much privacy, also bathroom is shared for both males/females. The breakfast mix is great, but it becomes available from 8am, which might be too late for someone.

Nice basic hostel with all you need. Only problem we had was with the mattresses which were covered in plastic along with polyester sheets, the sheets never stayed on the beds and it was not very comfortable to sleep on
It was very nice ! very good location, nice and cheap room for a couple!
+ Alex es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El hostal es el mejor en términos de calidad-precio de la ciudad
+ Personal muy atento y preciso antes y durante la estancia. Hostal muy limpio y acogedor. Baños con agua caliente. Tuvimos una habitación privada con nevera. Espacio de sobra para tender la ropa y cocina en comun equipada. Muy cerca de todo tipo de servicio y tiendas del pueblo.

- Limpieza del lugar, a pesar de que se hacía limpieza encontrabamos cucarachas en la habitación.

+ El Staff muy amable, muy flexibles para poder regresar a bañarme despues de haber hecho el check out.
- El cuarto olía un poco feo, siento que seria bueno que lo ventilaran en el dia. Y como áreas de mejora, podrían poner mas contactos para cargar el celular dentro de la habitación. Y cortinas a cada cama seria un plus sinlo hicieran.
die Unterkunft war super, alles wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Lediglich im Bad hat es stark nach Abfluss gerochen.
The accommodation was great, everything was as described and very clean. only in Bad hat it strongly smelled like Abfluss.
