Formal Complaint – Early Check-Out Due to Unsatisfactory Conditions Dear Koh Ta Kiev Island Resort Management/ booking.com I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent stay at Koh Ta Kiev Island resort, reservation number 5894.944.615, from 17th February 20 February 2026. Due to the conditions I encountered, I was compelled to check out earlier than planned on the 19th February 2026. Specifically: Issue 1 – Excessive noise from neighboring rooms/during nighttime hours] Issue 2 - bed bugs Issue 3 – e.g. limited electricity and running water. Issue 4 - Food and drinks menu limitations- was told don't have stock or you can only order certain meals. Despite raising these concerns with staff, they appologised, the issues were not resolved in a satisfactory or timely manner. These circumstances significantly affected my comfort and overall experience, making it unreasonable to continue my stay. I wish to be re-imbursed for 1 night as I was charged on check out the full stay. The host Ren is his name advised I send an email to booking.com as he cannot do refunds or make changes I must address the issue with booking.com. Please address this issue urgently. Still await response from the resort.
