- I didn't like the early check out, 11:00 and no flexibility
+ Su localización y la facilidad para entrar al apartamento.
- Cogimos la habitación porque desde las instalaciones del edificio se podía ver el Burj Khalifa y justo el día 31 de diciembre todas las instalaciones estaban cerradas, con lo cual tuvimos que salir a la calle y buscarnos un sitio por ahí.

+ Es ist eine schöne morderne Wohnung mit fast allem was man braucht. Was fehlte war einen Safetybox. Davit von der Vermietungsfirma hat dies sofort organisiert und einen sehr netten Kollegen gesandt, welcher uns nicht nur die Box brachte, sondern auch den Türzugangscode neu programmierte. Nachts um 21 Uhr wollten wir den Gasherd benutzen. Es ging nicht. Ich schrieb Davit. Er sandte sofort einen Film, wie man den Sicherungsmechanismus zurücksetzt. Wir durfen das App länger behalten und sogar anschliessend noch in ein anderes, im Umbau befindendendes, unsere Koffern stellen. Leider kann ich selten so gute Berichte schreiben - aber was da geleistet wurde, dass ist Vorbildlich. Danke!
- Ich hatte damit gerechnt, dass das App auf die Seite vom Pool, mit Sicht auf den Burj Khalife geht. Es geht jedoch zur Strassenseite. Die Schallisolation ist durchaus vorhanden, jedoch leider, wie in den allermeisten Orten im Orient oder Asien, nur mit 2-statt 3-fach Verglasung. Da es in Dubai sehr viele teure Raserautos und Rasermotorräder hat, wäre eine bessere Schallisolation wünschenswert. (Jedoch im Nachhinein kaum zahlbar)

- Quasi niks. Misschien 1 puntje. Mijn (voorbehouden) parking was op P4, terwijl er op de lagere niveaus nog veel lege plaatsen waren. (Maar deze waren misschien voorbehouden voor de andere bewoners).
It is a very nice and practical apartment on a TOPLOCATION!! You are sitting right next to Dubai Mall within walking distance. Taxis are always available 24/7 at the door should you want to go anywhere. Also the host is 24/7 accessible. The flexibility and understanding to have us check in a little earlier is also greatly appreciated !! Almost nothing. Maybe 1 point. My (reserved) parking was on P4, while there were still many empty places on the lower levels. (But these others were maybe reserv...

+ Piekny apartament, idealny dla rodziny 2+1, 2+2. W sypialni dwa podwojne bardzo wygodne lozka. Taras na ktorym od rana swieci slonce - idealne miejsce na poranna kawe lub cherbate. Kuchnia w pelni wyposazona. Lokalizacja idealna dla chcacych mieszkac w centrum. 5 min pieszo do Burj Khalifa I Dubai Malll. Po drugiej stronie ulicy znajduje sie sklep 24 h Carrefour oraz kawiarnia Caribou Cafe, gdzie mozna wypic pyszna kawe lub matche. W budynku znajduje sie silownia I basen. Bardzo sprawny kontakt z obsluga apartamentu, to duzy plus.

+ Kousek od centra, nebo spíš přímo v centru. Naproti je nonstop obchod, kde koupíte vše co potřebujete. Apartmán byl plně vybavený, na příjemným místě. Vše bylo naprosto v pořádku, s majiteli skvělá komunikace.

+ We were just four, but the apartment was so spacious and truly ready for six, which was great. The location was perfect, only a 7-8 minute walk to Dubai Mall and the fountain. We really enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony with a peaceful view of trees and greenery, which is rare in Dubai. The pool area was also nice and relaxing, with a lovely view to Burj Khalifa

+ The location was amazing, very close to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and Fountains, the building was new, developed by Emaar. All the facilities were brand new and the furnishing was very stylish.
