Bad Hostel. Booked for a double room, but was given a twin. When we complained they said that a double was the same as a twin, despite that obviously not being the case. They eventually agreed to move us to a room with a double bed, but then moved us again to a different room the next day. All the rooms were not well cleaned. The showers were cold, and the “breakfast” was plain bread with jam. No other options. Without a doubt the worst hostel I’ve stayed in. Avoid at all costs.

Salle de bain pleine de trace de savon ; bouteilles d'anciens locataires toujours dans les chambres ; pas suffisamment de couvertures au vu du froid dans la chambre (en même temps la fenêtre de la salle de bain ne ferme pas).
Although the reception staff is very attentive and smiling, the hotel's maintenance, cleanliness and amenities leave something to be desired. Bathroom full of traces of soap; bottles of former tenants still in the rooms; not enough blankets due to the cold in the room (at the same time the bathroom window does not close).
With a little effort, if could be nice place to enjoy.
Établissement très bien situé à Puno, le personnel est agréable et nous n’y avons passé qu’une nuit mais même en revenant de notre tour sur l’île Amantani ils ont pu garder nos sac le temps d’attendre le bus et qu’on puisse faire un tour de la ville sans être trop encombrés. Je recommande vivement!
The hotel is very well located in Puno, the staff is nice and we only spent one night but even when we returned from our tour on Amantani Island they were able to keep our bags while waiting for the bus and we could take a tour of the city without being too crowded.
