Swing & Pillows @ Central Market Kuala Lumpur

- I booked the most expensive room "executiv with City view" and my view in room 1715 was to look on a huge darkgrey column of concrete. I feel absolutely cheated.

+ I liked the room and the potential of a great stay.

- Our stay was far from the experience you promise to provide.  From the very first night we had issues with the TV, in particular with casting. A technician was sent to our room to try to fix the issue. This was an ongoing issue up until the day we left. Our stay was constantly interrupted with people coming to our room to try and fix the problem, it was far from restful.  On the last day we again talked with the front desk and gave them permission to enter the room while we weren't there in a hope the issue would be resolved before we got back to the room as we had a 2am flight. We returned to the hotel 5hrs later to find out no one had been to the room and adding to our frustration the room hadn't been made up. We were hoping to rest before dinner because of our 2am flight, instead we had to deal with the TV issue and wait an hour for our room to be made up. We waited in the lobby for an hour instead of resting in our room that we paid good money for. The whole experience has left me feeling frustrated and annoyed.  The TV may seem like a small issue but I have limited word space to explain the constant interruption it cause and everyone we spoke to gave us a different explanation. We felt we were given the run around which is something I do not appreciate.

- The check-in was awful. The lady in a mask was rushing us and lectured in a very impolite way. A first impression disturbed by an unpleasant event can influence all feelings. It was this case: extremely rude welcoming and treating us like unwanted guests made the whole stay seem unpleasant. (Beware — the booking.com price does NOT include — a 10% service charge (!), — a tourism fee, — nor an 8% VAT. So you will be charged much more.)

- It was much worse than I expected. The room was small and the air conditioner was noisy. What frustrated me the most was that the door locked itself when I was leaving. I notified the staff to open it but they made me stand at the door and waited for ten minutes but no one came. I had to call the counter again before someone came up to deal with it. When they came, they asked me to wait another ten minutes. After waiting for fifteen minutes, they fixed it but they didn't notify me either and my next trip was disrupted.

- Non vendono più alcool al rooftop / piscina perché un ospite esterno ha avuto un incidente e la polizia l ha proibito . E i clienti ne pagano le conseguenze ! Così come stato detto

+ the hotel is just fine. the room is lovely, with a great view and a comfy bed. the staff were friendly and everything was convenient and easy

- When we arrived ar reception we asked about going to the bar and the pool, example what floor and what hours were they open. We had flown from Borneo and had one night in KL and were looking forward to hanging out by the pool having a drink. I had specifically chosen this hotel after extensive research so we could have a beer at the bar by the pool. The staff at reception directed us accordingly. But when we arrived at the bar, the bar staff said they were not serving any alcohol and then directed us to go to a 7 11 to purchase our own to bring back to the hotel. I would not have chosen this hotel if this were the case. if the reception staff had let us know i would have cancelled the booking and stayed elsewhere. this was very disappointing. I had spent several weeks planning a stay in KL for just one night and was sorely disappointed. we were not offered a breakfast or anything to compensate.

- シャワールームの排水溝が詰まっていてシャワールームの外にまで水がもれた。手洗い所のシンクも詰まっていた。朝食のメニューは種類が少なくて、ビジネスホテル以下の内容だったのが残念。

- Nothing. Just a quick short stay and ciao.

+ The room size and outlook was great, it was clean and tidy

- The noise from the train was more than expected. The bed was against the wall and hard, not the greatest for older couple. The area and walking from the station was not great. The bar music was far too loud to enjoy sitting there near the pool. Maybe the staff and DJ should look at their audience before playing their own type of music.

- Room a little bit cramp but still confortable

+ It’s quirkiness and artwork and boutique field

- The only thing is, it’s a little bit noisy on the train track, but it wasn’t prepared bad

+ A top hotel, my favorite spot! Nice and very clean room and bathroom! Amazing pool and bar. Very good breakfast with a lot of choice! Staff (reception, bar, breakfast) was very helpfull and very friendly

+ Wir hatten aus unserem Zimmer in der 11. Etage einen wundervollen Blick auf das Merdeka 118 und auf den KL Tower. Die Ausstattung ist minimalistisch gehalten. Das Bett war super bequem. Das Personal war immer überaus freundlich und hilft bei jedem Anliegen. Die Ubahn Station ist fußläufig in unter 10 Minuten erreichbar. Generell ist das Hotel sehr günstig gelegen, um Kuala Lumpur zu erkunden.

- Die Getränke in der Lobby und an der Bar sind etwas teuer.

+ Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und ruhig. Die Gemeinschaftsbereiche waren ebenfalls einladend. Würde das Moxy jederzeit wieder in Kuala Lumpur buchen!

- My only pet peeve was that the tv turned on every time the key card was inserted for power for the room.

+ Sehr schönes Hotel, toller Pool, sehr ruhig und nicht überfüllt. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit! Ich bin ein paar Tage dort länger gestrandet als gewollt, das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und machte den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm!
