- Property is horrible, not clean, uncooperative staff and overall not recommended, room was disgusting even bathroom was broken, the ac had spider webs, the room smelled like cigarette and to top of it off the bed sheet literally had a burn cigarette mark

- the staff change my lock key, i couldnt access to my lock key so i need to stay in my cari for a whole night. WTF BRO and the registration even didnot say sorry or give me the refund FUCK OFF. i even couldnt sleep in the hotel laaa bitch give me back my money

+ I like that the distance is near to my office, the reno is mich better ever since Swing n Pillow took over.

- The property doesnt have backup system for utilitoes like water and electricity.

+ The room was comfortable, and overall the stay are really good minus the water pump issue

- - The night staff at this place shall improve the service tbh. I chose this place for an overnight stay because my own place doesn’t have water. I arrived at 6pm and was told they were repairing the water pump and it would come on at 7:30. By 7:30, I went down to check, and they said it would come around 9pm. -By 10pm, there was still no water. I went down again and asked, and they just opened the water, saying it would take around 12am for it to fill up. She offered me to use another room that had just been checked out for a shower (i was too stunt to react like how on earth are you giving this kind of solution to your customer) , but I declined because I didn’t know what the toilet situation was like before. -By 12am, not even 1 drop of water, went down around 12.15am again and was offered to change to another room at level 3, apparently the water couldnt pump to level 5. There's no 1 word of apologies and at this rate it just too exhausting so I ended up taking the key and change the room. It’s frustrating and disappointing when you just want to have a proper rest, but then you have to deal with situations like this.

- Sam all room , no window, Like a prison cell ، the staff was not helping, I arrived 5 Am and slept no one worked me to check out , after that they charged me 50 myr ! I do not recommend the hotel at all.

+ Totally "nothing" we liked but based on the tragedy that happened to us (refer to the story below), once the receptionist opened the entrance door for us, we discussed with her that we will be c/out the room tomorrow around 3pm and no charges must be applied to our deposit RM100 since it was your fault for sleeping on the 1st floor and not answering the call. She then agree with her mistakes and the dealing since we are also lack of sleep and were so tired of sitting in the car for 2 1/2 hrs. Even, the Booking.com agent also agreed (in the second call) with this dealing on the late c/out for what had happened and they informed us that they will be taking serious action against this hotel since they have already received so many complaints on this hotel. Thanks to the Booking.com agent, Ms. Yara, and another sweet guy, sorry forgot your name buddy.

- Almost the whole stay for the 3 days 2 nights, was terrible and worst. 1. During the c/in, the receptionist told us that the family room we booked a week ago wasn't available, hence they offered us 2 separate rooms, which are double deluxe and twin deluxe. It was quite inconvenient since there were elder people with us and we had to take care of them every night. 2. On the first night, we came back late around 2am, and found out that the hotel lobby entrance (glass door) was locked and the receptionist was sleeping on the sofa in the lobby, we had to wake up the receptionist by knocking the glass door few times to unlock the door for us to enter the hotel/our room. 3. On the second night, it was worse than before, we came around 3am and found that the entrance glass door was locked again, and a number to call was stuck on the glass door but this time no one was in the lobby, it was totally empty, we had shouted and knocked the door but no one came. End up we had to call the number stick on the door, we phone called so many times and the whole family tried so many times but end up with no answer at all. Hence, I tried to call the number that was stated on Booking.com but it rang to another guy who isn't working with the hotel anymore and he said that he was unable to help us. We waited almost 2 hours outside the hotel with elder people with so much tiredness and sleepiness, and we need to c/out the next day at 12pm. We called the Booking.com agent to help us but even after they tried calling, no answer from the hotel's end. The agent, Ms. Yara was also helpless and she suggested canceling the booking and booking another hotel for us but then our belongings were inside the room, and if anything happened to our things, who gonna bear it? She was speechless and helpless.
