Quinta das Murtas

Our room smelled funky and when looking for the source, I found black mold (a lot) next to the window. The room itself was very damp and we had to hang out our clothes to dry OUTSIDE. I told the reception about the issue and they were just annoyed and did absolutely nothing about it. I said that they should at least look into it before a new guest moves in, but their attitude was indifferent. The breakfast was a 2/10. The coffee especially was terrible. We loved the patio, and the location.

This is an amazing spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The staff are lovely and accommodating :)

Everything was excellent for the value! My biggest issue was that the bed linens smelled too strongly of synthetic fragrance, which was irritating to me personally. Overall the staff is warm and friendly and I felt comfortable there.
