JETTY MOTEL THE ENTRANCE

+ Nothing it was Christmas Eve I asked for a refund and never got it the hot water takes 5 mins to turn on and is a Muslim based hotel that says dog friendly

- We left the day earlier and I’ll never return or book thru you guys again over the years I’ve used u heaps and we were told to retreat in doors the

+ The bed was comfortable

- One room had fleas The floor was sticky There were people constantly smoking in the room next door and we could smell it in our room Power exposed in light above the sink

+ Free milk upon arrival was a nice touch

- Without question this was the worst accommodation I have ever experienced. It did not even come close to aligning with the reviews on your website and even giving this a rating of 1 is generous. The room was dirty, urine on the floor around the toilet, hair clogging the drains, when the toilet flushed, water backed up in the adjacent kitchen, fridge was being defrosted when we arrived (at 5pm), bunk bed was not stable, whole family immediately started sneezing upon arrival into the room indicating pets had stayed their previously and the room had not been cleaned properly. The curtains were broken so that they could not be closed properly - meaning people could look directly into the room from outside at all times. The wiring arrangements were unlikely to comply, with powerboards left hanging in the air to connect different applicances... It was so bad, we left and found alternative accommodation. DO NOT STAY AT THIS ACCOMMODATION

- The room was very dirty, hair and urine in the bathroom. Mould in the kitchen area. Emailed the hotel regarding all of this and have not yet had a response. Didn’t even sleep there due to the filth

+ The room was clean and the bed very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. Checking in was good.

- Abandoned our trip after 3 nights of no sleep. The male in room 8 was listening to porn very loudly on the first night. On the second night he had a fight with a visitor to his room and the police were called. This went on from 1am to 4am. We understood he had been told to leave but he was still there on the third night, with his dog locked out scratching at the door and howling all night. Cannot recommend this motel.

+ Absolutely nothing - this place is a total dump.

- Nothing, see above. Room dirty and uncared for. Quiet room booked and confirmed; but, on arrival room 20 meters from busy road allocated as "last room available". Advertising for this place is extremely deceptive, if not illegal!

- The air conditioning didn't work and there were no windows you could open. Also no screen door to let any fresh air in as the temperature was high. Asked for a refund but never received this after many calls to the hotel. Do not stay there!!!

- Got accused for damaging TV- false accusations

- No hot water despite notice advising run the water for a few minutes until it runs hot. It doesn’t run hot. Outdoor facilities remain open all hours allowing guests (football team) to stay up and utilise these facilities until 2.45 am. Those facilities should have curfew hours so guests can rest.

+ Room was lovely, beds extremely comfortable and the hot water SUPER hot

- Rang beforehand to confirm pool was operational. It was, however was not very clean. This was hugely disappointing as we had planned to spend a lot of time in the pool. It had a rusty fork and a denture stick on the floor plus generally not the cleanest

- Bathroom was really aged, pool was pretty sad but the ‘guest kitchen’ was disgusting. We just wanted some cutlery to make toast for the kids in the morning but there were no knives and the plates that were in there were so dirty. We had some spoons with us so made do but it made no sense give there was a toaster in the bedroom to use.

+ Good shower pressure, comfy bed. Parking at door. Quiet room and central location.

- First issue with this property was when I paid extra for "early checkin" as we had a wedding to attend at 3pm, only to be told, early checkin is only "if available". Why ask people to pay extra when it cannot be guaranteed! Room was clean but this property is very old and dated and the bathroom had mould everywhere in the grout. Do not come to this motel expecting to use the BBQ, both plates completely rusted out. Bathroom vanity is in the living area where you are expected to put your makeup on and brush your teeth in the same sink as you do the dishes. No power socket next to the bed, there was a very old power board and extension lead to use for my husbands cpap machine which only just reached. Very disappointing.

- No basin in the bathroom. Guests have to collect kitchen items from a separate community kitchen which is not fully stocked.

- Dirty floors, facilities old.; confusing switches. Need updating;.;early morning noise.from renovations behind motel, not informed.

- Being woken at 7am with builders working directly behind my room.

+ - Very clean rooms, comfortable beds and good shower - Staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating - Great location, walking distance to various food venues - The pool is well gated, usable and private

- The property is in need of a tidy up and some paint on the exterior. The pool area could do with some TLC.
