Mot Mot Hostel y Cafe

I was the only one staying there. No atmosphere and no hang out areas. Use of the kitchen is good. No free water. No air con and it was damn hot in the dorm...Due to an unusually hot time of the year. The manager was very helpful with advice on the area.

This is a very new hostel, so I cut them some slack for still developing. Chinandega isn't a very interesting location, most will be traveling through from El Salvador/ Cosiguina or try to climb San Christobal (which is possible without a guide). For these purposes the hostel works well and you will have the infrastructure you need. The entrance is hard to find, it is coupled with a boutique so watch out for the really tiny sign.
